Happy to give CafePod a go.
I gave CafePod a chance as a UK Co but unfortunately they didn’t hit my mark.
Customer services were very good. They listened and replaced pods that arrived dented so they could not be accepted by the coffee machine, but I wasn’t wowed away from the mainstream. I wish I was, but I wasn’t and they’re pretty much the same price all in all.
I also had an issue with the base of the pods not piercing properly in the machine, so the coffee wasn’t being poured properly or at all. I have also used many types of pods in the machine, which have all worked fine. Just these ones seemed to have a little thicker alloy base which was harder to pierce and sounded like it may damage my machine.
I’ll give them another go soon, with a hope that I have a better experience with CafePod pods now they’ve been on the market a bit longer.

Did you have this issue with Brunch Blend, too or just Gingerbread?

Favourite brand
I buy cafepod brand regularly, preferably direct from the company. I have found that my favourite variety is brunch blend and I buy both regular and decaf. Quick and easy to purchase on line and delivered within just a few days. Highly recommended.

Great Coffee with Fantastic Customer Service
It’s one thing to make great coffee, it’s another to do it with fantastic customer service. I have been using CafePod for at least 5 years now. I don’t actually remember when or how I found them, but I’m glad I did. When you’re growing a business, even with love and passion these guys put in, something will go wrong. Not often, but when it has, they have delivered the best customer service I have experienced. They really care. And the coffee? Don’t take my word for it, try it.
