Caffè Nero Avis 

Jag köpte karma överbliven lunch. Stod ingenstans att det var gårdagens utan gick in på eftermiddagen och trodde det var från dagens lunch som det ofta är på restauranger på Söder. Salladen var väldigt tråkig. Jag tycker det borde stå klart och tydligt att det är gårdagens och kanske till och med tillverkad dagen innan?

Nice coffee BUT my god the cafe is filthy. I first mentioned this to them on social media three years ago with photos as proof. Completely ignored me. Again today, it's filthy full of cigarette butts at the base of the windows. Unfortunately I can't attach the photo as proof here. The cafe is on Putney High Street, London.

Called into Nero Warwick close to closing time on Sunday. Despite being close to the end of the day Amy was very cheerful. I had a latte and it was delicious. Perfect temperature and a really smooth coffee blend. No bitterness at all. Premises was very clean and tidy. Very pleasant visit. Thanks Amy !

It’s such a shame, because the service, drinks and cakes are all absolutely brilliant, but the cleanliness really lets the place down. We’ve been in first thing on a Sunday morning, when you’d expect everything to be clean and ready for the day, yet the place is filthy.

The mat as you walk in is covered in dog hair, the tables and floors are dirty, and there’s dust visibly collecting around the dado rails. There really is no excuse for this, particularly at the start of the day.
The toilet has been out of action for God knows how long - Why ?
You have such a lovely place with great service and fantastic food and drinks — please sort the cleaning out and bring the standard of cleanliness up to the same level. It would make such a difference! ‼️

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the strong smell of urine. The coffee was nice, but the service was poor. The staff looked miserable and seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

The shop was dirty, the furniture was worn out, and the toilets were absolutely disgusting.

Very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be going back.

Spot on with my coffee order every time and always service with a smile. Cafe Nero Cowbridge is by far the best coffee shop in the area

I visited the one on Oldham Road, M/c and was served by a delightful Tina. She was very friendly and polite and made me happy to have gone here than choosing another coffee shop.

We ladies of a certain age who meet every Saturday morning first thing for our coffee’s & cake, arrived unexpectedly on Friday afternoon 14/8 bedraggled, exhausted and dehydrated. Having been sat outside meadowhall for over 4 hours in the soaring heat waiting for recovery and having returned a damaged new car we weren’t having the best day. They were surprised to see us, but hearing our story this team Molly, Seb and Shauna offered words of comfort sympathy made us laugh and lifted our spirits. They got our food and drinks ready quickly and looked after us as they always do. Nothing being too much trouble.
I love our Saturday get togethers with others we have met there. The team in Nero join in with the fun and banter we have and are always pleased to see us.
They remember what we have, how we have it and deliver excellent customer service. I have worked many years in meadowhall and been involved in recruiting. These guys are natural in what they do, work tirelessly to make sure everyone’s needs are met, deliver excellent customer service and always leave a great lasting impression. Thank you ❤️👏🏻👏🏻

Looking for a coffee shop at 8am in Ringwood. Very happy to find a warm welcoming smile from Evelyn who loves dogs and my daft Cavapoo . Will definitely visit again. Great coffee and comfortable seats

Has anyone seen the dirty cobwebs Southampton Row branch. Not relaxing place to have a coffee. Unless your homeless and enjoy dirty nero.

My decaf breakfast tea was disgusting. How can you mess up tea? By giving me a plastic tea bag in not boiling water. I Waited 5 minutes for the tea to brew. After this amount if time tea looked grey.
The taste was I can only describe it as peppery. Come on cafe Nero there is way too much competition to be this bad....Never again. Gail's for me or even Greg's.

I’m a regular customer of Nero’s using a number of their stores. I love the coffee taste and normally the staff are in my experience brilliant. You know it’s coming, HOWEVER today in Bath near Old Bond St my experience has been poor. There were only two staff in the store, the queue was slow moving almost at glacier pace. The two team members had no personality and were miserable. I understand they were under pressure. The tables were not cleared of previous customers cups and plates. Tables dirty. Not what I expected from Nero. Disappointed.

Great service by Druck at Chichester’s branch. Best iced foamed americano ever on Friday night .

I’ve been attending the coffee shop for a while now and the staff are always friendly and welcoming They know exactly what I want to drink when I arrive and it’s ready for me when I come to get served,josh and the staff have always been very helpful and accommodating

Coffee great in birstall near Leeds but OMG does this store need a really good clean.
Sat here at 10.30 and floor etc cannot possibly have been cleaned before opening.
The toilets _ well !!! Only one toilet that is always filthy.
There are tables and chairs outside that are never set up properly. Customers often have to do it themselves.
Staff are on the whole really lovely apart from one who constantly moans and complains about her job and the other staff.
Obvously manager not doing her job.
This is our local Nero.
PlEASE CLEAN IT UP !!!

Today I’ve been narrow I pay £6 for the Coffe. It was horrible when I asked the manager she was very rude as well. I’m the regular customer. I don’t think so. I’m gonna go again. Some stuff is really good but the manager I don’t think so.

Visiting the Cafe Nero in Newquay, Cornwall. I like the hot chocolate and the food is nice, the staff are always nice and go had quick as they can but they need help, you wait in line for a long time to get served.

Very disappointing experience at Caffè Nero Eastbourne. The staff felt like they didn't want to work there slow service and warm rather than hot cappuccino had

The coffee is fabulous and worth the queue to get a cup and the cosy atmosphere of most of the shops are certainly appealing but beyond that , which the staff cannot be blamed , the app needs drastic improvement , the wifi in most of the shops is at best , poor . In visiting many Nero coffee shops as I do , the expectations of perhaps two staff is unlimited ,clearing the tables can be done when a queue dies down as can the filling of the sandwich display and getting more cakes out for presentation amongst the many other duties that are expected beyond making a latte so the single person with a queue that leads out the door and often its a trainee is reflective of poor management and not the person making the coffee . I often put 5 stars for a visit as they do their best every shift .

Went into a store in Chester to get a coffee and cake and decided to buy two of their reusable cups. What a waste of £23. These are just extortionate priced plastic beakers that don't hold a drink for more than 5 minutes. Wish I hadn't bothered. I wouldn't even donate these to a charity shop
