Caffè Nero Avis 

I ordered a coffee before going to security check and the lady who made the coffee asked to see my phone and she TOOK MY PHONE and start typing in MY phone a review about herself and how amazing her service was. I took my phone back then she followed me to the table asking me to post the review she wrote in my name. I asked her to go and let me drink my coffe alone. I find tis weird and disrespectful and I give her ZERO stars. Her name is something like Asra..I cant remember the correct spelling. That is Heathrow Terminal 2 before going to security ( on Saturday 25th July 2026 around 10:30am)

I love taste of nero coffee beans and I daily drink it but I have terrible experience not once or twice it happened many times and when I explain it to customer support they ask me nonsense questions about which branch that I have had bad experience ,they can check my account and chase up ,but they don’t care about their customers, they charge their customers almost 4 pounds for black coffee but they don’t provide quality napkins and today for several days they served me with blue rolls which is not good for skin and it’s toxic for any kind of skin and because nero cafe wants to make more money they serve the customers with cheapest products,awful experience if I found somewhere better taste of coffee or fine alternative never back to nero coffee

Awful delivery experience! Honestly I don't recommend it.
My husband and I ordered 2 coffees and we just received the order. The driver spilled all coffee inside the bag, the bag it had the coffee cups almost falling as it was torn from all the spilled coffee. Horrible driver and service. My husband and I called Nero and the guy simply said: oh I'm sorry for that, we packed well and we can't do nothing. What customer service is Nero providing?! Does this guy really want to work there?! Please Nero, I'm pretty sure you can do better hiring, and somebody that is proactive problem-solving, and actively listening to the customer.
If the guy asked for photos or something we would gladly send it however, as nothing was done I attached the photos at my review on Google ( just covered my husband's details for data protection), so the issue is really visible.

My experience today in Ruislip was very bad. Because your Pinner branch is been closed, I travel to Ruislip for a good coffee this afternoon, only to been served with rudeness from a female staff. I was asking to do my Americano with no hot water but with extra filtered water. She start to be awkward and instead of just doing it she said,if you do not like our coffee go somewhere else. I do not think she should be working in a reputable coffee bar like Coffee Nero .

I was waiting to get served and the girl server finished serving the customer in front of me; then simply turned her back and walked away doing random stuff behind the counter.

I spoke to the manager about this and he said he did not believe this was what happened. Strange, given that if he was watching he could not help but see this or if he was not watching why would he claim as he did?

We batted this back and forth for a couple of times then the manager said 'if you don't like our service go somewhere else'.

I was quite shocked at this attitude. I gave him feedback related to my experience and his view was simply 'so what'.

I have been a regular customer at this branch of Nero for 5 years and was totally shocked at this. I will, therefore, do as he suggested and go elsewhere.

There are plenty of coffee shops and decent ones, sadly Nero at Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh is now no longer on that list.

Cafe Nero Broad Street Worcester is a pleasure to visit. Staff are always welcoming friendly but professional. The head batista is an absolute star and remembers my drink. Very warm in there, why aren't fans installed to keep staff cool.

Chippenham caffe Nero has a fond place in my heart. I went there last Sunday to escape from the grumpy staff at Coffee No1. At Nero the staff are always pleasant. A lovely lady served us, she was warm and friendly.

I went with my friend to the Cafe Nero on Wilmslow Road and let me tell you, I was NOT impressed. I remember that we specifically requested 2 DECAF iced vanilla lattes and they BLATANTLY gave us caffeine instead, and therefore my blood pressure got quite high and I had to lie down which was NOT ideal as it was our last day of high school. The staff was very incompetent and was barely present and seemed more interested in what was going on outside rather than our riveting order. We were also forced to repeat our order and it still wasn't fulfilled. We also went a day prior and there was barely anything on the menu, making us feel bored and pressured to order something we clearly did not want. Our demands were NOT met and we left feeling very disheartened and will probably never come back.

On ground floor of Fenwick, slow service.
Service better on the fenwick third floor nero.
Price, not as competitive as greggs.
The croissant has become smaller and price gone well above £1.95. I think to £2.30!
Mind, some of the other eating places at brent cross are even higher prices!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Caffè Nero on Oxford Road in Manchester, going in most weekdays. Since January the customer‑facing till screen has been unusable – it’s angled towards the staff, falls down when you try to lift it, and customers can’t see prices, totals or whether discount codes have been applied.

I raised this formally with customer support months ago. The only responses I’ve had are that the area manager and IT are “looking into it” with no time frame for a fix. After several months, nothing has changed in the store. For a chain of this size, failing to sort out a simple issue that affects every transaction says a lot about how little priority they give to customer experience and transparency. I’ve now started taking my business elsewhere.

Cafe Nero in Epping were amazing today - having a stressful day and their service was excellent and I felt my stress melt away / lovely sofas to sink in, strawberry milkshake was amazing. Thank you guys.

I stupidly ordered the Pistachio Latte with less ice from Caffè Nero George Street, Croydon. I was still overdosed with ice and not even a full drink. When I asked for the skimmed milk to be upped slightly I was told that I would be charged extra. I then asked why my drink did not even touch the top of the cup and I was informed that as I opted for less ice it was less of a drink! Basically this ridiculous £4.80 drink is water. I would advise to AVOID it's a con and not worth the money. 🤔

Awful place! Dirty walls and furniture - doesn’t look as if it’s ever been cleaned. The tables and chairs are falling apart and very uncomfortable. What a shame! This Uxbridge branch could be so much better

Cafe Nero Llandudno has amazing customer service. The staff are fast and efficient and always very friendly.

They know their coffee, I always feel very welcome and the professional attitude is great.

A coffee may seem like a small thing, however it can make someone's day. Who knows what others are going through? Therefore, having a friendly, welcoming space where people serve great coffee can make anyone's day brighter.

The quality of the telephony customer service is unfortunately very poor. The staff often come across as cold and unfriendly, and I do not understand why there seems to be such an air of superiority in their tone and manner. In addition, written communication is extremely slow when dealing with technical issues.

What was particularly disappointing was the apparent indifference towards concerns raised about the in-store experience. For example, I explained the curt and rude behaviour of a specific staff member, yet Clare did not even acknowledge this with an apology on the company’s behalf. That lack of basic empathy and accountability is frustrating.

It is a real shame, because some of the products are genuinely very nice. However, experiences like this make it difficult to justify returning, especially when local independent coffee shops make far more effort to provide friendly and attentive service.

I also question the purpose of sending “How did we do?” surveys if genuine customer feedback is simply dismissed when people take the time to provide it. It defeats the point of asking for feedback in the first place.

The toilets here are absolutely disgusting and stomach churning!!!!! I'm so tired of complaining about them/ I also feel sorry for the staff cause they cant keep cleaning them... it's an actual sh!t hole!!!! and needs to be industrial cleaned and you should only let customers use them. i also had a muffin today that tasted like cardboard has obviously been left here for days!!! i used to love this café nero cause it's cute in there and loads of power sockets i could just work and drink my flat whites in peace... i sped about 15 quid a day in here... but it's becoming more and more disgusting!!! these toilets are vile and i have to pop over to McDonalds to use the loo. at this rate. I'd be better off working from Mcdonalds at this rate!!!

Another excellent Coffee served up by Alice, shop was very clean and slightly quieter than it normally is for a Sunday morning.

It’s really annoying, that the label which indicates the content off there sandwiches are printed SO small. I picked up a sandwich which appeared to have salad and tuna, was actually a bacon sandwich. I tried to read the tiny print, which I could not read it, it was so frustrating… why not have colour labels or a larger font… apart from that I do like the company
