Martin Hales & Chris Denny have been to sort out my wardrobes that were not closing properly. They have made them work properly again. Hoping this will last as it is the second time. A big thank you to Molly for a first class customer support service, keeping us informed on what was happening and when the Operative would there to finalise the work.

I have been in my Cala Homes house 9 years and in that time it have had numerous problems from and old Ground workers car park under my lawn to pressure issues with the plumbing to poor finishing.

I now have an issue with rot in my timber windows. We were sold the homes with a 10-15 year warranty on all the window and doors. However, the contractor appointed by Cala has gone into administration.

Cala has insisted that this isn’t there issue and I am to “source my own repairs elsewhere”. As far as I am concerned I purchased my house from Cala Homes and they should honor my defect irrespective of one of their nominated suppliers/contractor going into administration.

I still have not had a reply by email, as they don’t answer there phones, within the 4 working days they have stated in there standard no-reply email.

As far as I am concerned they way they have dealt with issues matches house my house was built, poorly.

Chris Denny came today to continue with the ‘snagging jobs’ in my new house. He is an absolute delight to have around. He’s friendly, professional and thorough.
So happy with everything he has done!

Marius from Cala NHC has completed two snagging issues on our Cala home now and I am amazed at how efficient and effective he has been. The standard of his work is, in my experience, quite exceptional. Not only that he seems a very nice person.

so far i’m just at reservation stage but it’s been great - sales consultant has been amazing and email correspondence and phone contact really good.

I went along to your development killearn today and was met by vickie who was so friendly and welcomed us in the view your show home, not only was vickie friendly and welcoming she is also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions she is a credit to Cala

vickie, the show room manager was very friendly and knowledgeable answering all of our questions and allowing us time to look around the show home.

Despite unsubscribing multiple times and even emailing them directly, they refuse to stop sending me promotional emails. This is against UK GDPR laws.

Martin Hales was incredibly helpful today, as he has been previously when attending my property. He was polite, responsive and did a good job. Going above and beyond to make sure he fixed all of our doors and helping us to figure out how to solve the problem ourselves should it happen again. I can’t recommend him highly enough

Our experience with Cala has been nothing but outstanding, from our many visits to the show home to speak to the site sales staff (Fiona), after sales, through to the site managers Rich and Kevin. Cala at the Willows has been an A* experience. The icing on the cake, small things like providing a welcome pack with a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar etc for completion day and a wonderful touch to provide a white company diffuser, hand wash and towel. It's the little things that make the difference along side the build quality which is second to none.

We reported a problem with our new build house in Didcot to Abby in customer services, an appointment for two visits was arranged promptly for Simon to inspect and carry out the necessary repairs.
Simon was punctual, friendly and professional. Very happy with the completed repairs.

Stacy, the sales consultant has always been very helpful in trying to work out a deal for us in purchasing one of the house at Arabella park.
She was very supportive and understood our needs. In the end it didn't work out as the price was too high, there was a problem of bird nesting on the house windows and bedrooms sizes didn't meet our requirements.

I went to view the CALA Homes development at LATHALLAN GRANGE - POD 1, Polmont a few weeks ago.

The house I might be interested in won’t be ready for about a year which is fine and even although it’s some time away Helen, Ann and May service was still excellent.

They took the time to understand my current home and position and talked me through the houses they will have and even let me see inside one to give me an idea.

They also talked me through the full development to understand what it will be like when it’s finished in years to come.

They updated me on options available in terms of part exchange etc.

They took my details and have added me to the database and will keep in touch with any developments.

Would highly recommend dealing with any of the ladies.

I have recently purchased a house with Cala Homes at the Kings Barton development in Winchester. Knowing how difficult and stressful such a process can be, I must say it was pretty smooth and I am very happy so far. In particular the staff at the sales office were fantastic, and I would like to thank Fiona, Jenny and Emma for all their communication and assistance throughout. They were very understanding of my circumstances (having to factor in school applications) and when we needed to get things done, it happened swiftly. Since the move, I have also been impressed with the build quality and with site manager Andy - there have not been any major issues so far (touch wood) but any minor ones have been fixed quickly. I reserve the right to change my review in future of course, once I am in the hands of customer service... But it's a thumbs up so far and hopefully the customer service team are the same standard as everyone I have met at Cala so far!

We recently purchased our new home at the Cala development in Basingstoke, and David has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole experience.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and he has always taken the time to answer our questions, explain things clearly and make sure we felt comfortable and confident at every stage.

Buying a new home is a huge milestone, and having David there to support and guide us has made the whole experience feel so much easier and more enjoyable. We have really come to trust him and know that we can rely on him whenever we need help or advice with our new home.

David genuinely cares about his customers, and that really shines through in everything he does. We are incredibly grateful for all his help, patience and support and couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

He is a real credit to Cala Homes, and we feel very lucky to have had him looking after us throughout our home-buying journey.
