What an amazing experience from ordering to delivery and customer support. David and the team are truly genuine company and always there to help with super fast response. When we bought our Liner 4 2 new from you we knew there may be geographical issues as we live on the south coast. However NOTHING is too much trouble for your Waaranty department,Connor in particular , he is reactive, helpful and knowledgeable, you have a top performer in your company.
Life with a Carthago can be a challenge but Connor has our back!

Excellent service from viewing to collection . Cannot recommend enough.. The process was smooth and a very detailed handover whixhbi appreciated as a newbie to Motorhomes.. A couple of snagging issues after collection which were immediately dealt without hesitation..

Great service, so easy to deal with and extremely helpful knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about old fashioned customer service. Even though we didn’t purchase our motorhome from them the team have gone the extra mile for us during our recent repair work. A big thank you also goes to the unsung heroes on reception particularly Sarah for ensuring all our correspondence and messages were passed to the right people and for keeping us informed with prompt replies throughout. Rather than be spontaneous with a review on this dealership immediately after purchasing I decided to leave it until the first service was completed which was after I owned the vehicle for a period of two years. I purchased a brand new vehicle from camper UK in April 2023 and after the Handover was completed I took the vehicle to Ireland where I discovered that there was a fault with the electronic switch for emptying the grey tank which obviously wasn’t picked up on the PDI. When I contacted Campers UK to arrange to have this issue fixed to my dismay the closest date to have it booked in was September 23 some 5 months later, eventually I arranged to have the part sent over to Ireland where another company sorted this issue out straight away which was something that should have been picked up during the PDI at Campers UK.
On my return to Campers UK this month to have a service and Habitation check done I informed them of several outstanding issues that needed fixed. On receiving the vehicle back they told me that some of those issues could not be identified during the service, however when I got the vehicle back to my location a couple of hours away the issue had returned as it had prior to the service.
I subsequently took videos of the issue and sent them to Camper UK the following day where I was told it would take a couple of days to get a response from the makers as camper UKs own technicians were unable to ascertain what the issue was.
Having contacted them again today as we are due to leave for another country at the end of this week I have been advised that it will take several weeks to get a response from the company. This has left our vehicle unusable!
In my opinion unless you live close to Lincoln I would strongly advise you purchase your Motorhome somewhere else as the aftermarket service is extremely poor given my expenditure in the first place, I feel once your initial purchase is made they move on to the next sale giving little consideration to previous customers.
UPDATE
Following on from my review today I was contacted by Connor who was very helpful and after getting the Service Manager involved in this matter,I trust we have got to the bottom of what the main concern is with this issue.

We have now bought our forever motorhome, and so glad that we chose Camper UK as our dealer, even though we live quite some distance away.
From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we somewhere special.
Richard Sinclair, from the minute we spoke to him, we felt we'd known him forever, no pressure sales talk, very knowledgeable, and honest, and did I say funny, made us feel so comfortable and at ease.
Even though there was a new motorhome in the showroom, Richard was happy for us order one from factory, one to our own specification at the same deal and price, as we were not ready to take the one in the showroom because we had a eurpean trip planned and didn't want to do it in an unfamiliar motorhome.
Anyway we took delivery in October 2024 and by January we had compiled a list of niggles that required us to contact Camper UK for repairs under Warranty.
We spoke to Service Advisor, Sarah Smith, who will do anything in her power to help get things sorted, within a couple of days we were booked in and Sarah said all could be done within a day. Because of travel distance we decided to leave our motorhome with Camper Uk for the week, we all know when you are pressured to getting work done to a deadline, and I didn't want to put that pressure on.
One of the jobs was the passenger door mirror which was a little loose, unfortunately this couldn't be repaired, Sarah made a decision to remove the complete arm and mirror assembly from a new motorhome in the showroom, because one had to be ordered and would not arrive in time for the repair.
I can not praise Camper UK enough, but I will say this, if anyone is looking to buy a new or used motorhome, visit Camper UK first, you will not be disappointed.

I bought my new to me MH in February after numerous visits to look at the huge range on offer. The Sales Team were always friendly and not pushy. Having chosen my dream MH everything went smoothly and the day we picked it up we were given an extensive walk round. The awning light needed to be replaced so that was ordered. During our first trip we found a few minor defects and niggles, all of which were taken onboard with no quibbles.
All in all a fantastic experience and I commend the sales team, repair department and everyone else we met. Truly a first class service.

First class service at Camper UK.
Just had Burstner floor repairs completed. Great job by Dan and the valet team, excellent job with the floor, which particularly difficult needing lots of care and looked like new in and out when collected.
Big thanks to Connor and Jack for looking after us through the whole process - very professional, friendly approach, nothing too much trouble.
We particularly appreciated Dan taking us through the complete repair process when we first arrived and to Jack taking us through the completed work when we collected, to ensure we were happy.

Have just ordered parts for my Burstner from Camper Uk and dealt with David Brain in the parts department who was not just knowledgeable but really helpful and efficient.
If I ever need anything for my Burstner motorhome ,Camper Uk will be my only call.

This is the second time I’ve used CamperUK for work on my motorhome. I have always been happy with the work they have done. They don’t appear to be the cheapest option initially BUT are a Fiat Professional service centre and are quick to diagnose and rectify faults, saving labour costs in the long term. From dropping off my vehicle to them diagnosing, rectifying, and road testing was within a hour. I had been quoted 2 hours minimum labour from other repairers.
Contact and feedback from the service reception staff is excellent.
I will in future use them for routine servicing in the future

5 star service again from Camper UK. Very helpful & friendly team. They went the extra mile to sort out an issue with our fridge freezer, and motorhome service all done to the usual high standard, enabling us to get away on our trip as planned.
