Finding the manufacture and model of a motorhome that would suit our requirements has endured many months of research. It has taken numerous motorhome viewings, including two visits to the annual motorhome show at the NEC, before we finally narrowed the selection to the Burstner marque. Having decided on the Lyseo 594 model, we then meticulously researched a possible supplier of our chosen motorhome. Although there are some excellent Burstner dealerships all with first-class reputations and reviews, the customer review feedback for Camper UK, was consistently positive. On the rare occasion where customers did highlight an issue, the service team responded and appeared eager to resolve. A visit to the showroom at Lincoln and a personal tour, from Rob, of their impressive workshop (plus a few discreet discussions with customers awaiting their vehicle after a service) confirmed our decision to purchase a new motorhome from Camper UK. The sale was professionally (and patiently) managed by Glynn, who expertly advised us on some of the extra equipment that we were seeking to fit before purchase. On the day of collection we had an extensive tour of the motorhome, where all the equipment was demonstrated and any resulting questions were expertly fielded by Garry, who also offered us some helpful tips and advice on how to use and maintain our new motorhome. Everyone at Camper UK appeared to be working as a team, all of whom ensured a smooth, professional and friendly transition throughout the viewing, purchase and handover process. We would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Camper UK to future customers.

Massive thankyou to Keiry and the service team. Whilst driving through France (in a huge thunderstorm) we had a technical problem with our Fiat Ducato, on our Burstner motorhome. Over the phone Kiery, with endless patience, diagnosed the problem and step by step he guided us through fixing it and we were soon on our way. Great service.

Camper UK have carried out all maintenance and servicing of the 3 Burstners we have owned during the last 10 years plus. All of the team have always provided an excellent service in a very competent and efficient manner in a friendly environment. My most recent visit was a very awkward and difficult job behind fixed panelling.The work was carried out to our complete satisfaction and photos had been taken during the job for me to see what the problem had been behind the panelling and the how it had been resolved. We can only express our sincere thanks to the aftersales team who carefully put right our warranty claim which was carried out to the letter. In particular service manager Alex and service technician Dan who explained in detail what was needed to be done with a regular update on work and the completion time, which sadly run over to another day. Not a problem for Camper UK. they provide a hire loan van to stay over night on there camper site.
Camper UK is a credit to the motorhome industry which we have not seen in previously dealers.

We hired a motorhome from Camper Uk after visiting various other Motorhome Dealers that just did not seem interested in hiring us a motorhome. As soon as we arrived at Camper Uk and introduced to Carl they were so helpful and friendly, after hiring a Carado for 10 nights we were hooked and then purchased a Laika Kosmo 512, which we absolutely love, the staff, especially Carl were so helpful and patient and the handover was great as was the free night stopover at the Caravan Park owned by Camper Uk, which we must say was immaculately kept. We would definately recommend them for their super customer relations and customer support. Thanks again Camper UK

We took our van in for its annual habitation and damp check service. They are expensive (@£400), but you get what you pay for and once again, their service was excellent. We dealt with Chloe, who advised the price in advance, then went all the items in detail to make sure we were satisfied. Like all the staff there, she had a friendly manner, but was professional too.
We were happy buying a new van from them and they will continue to get work from us, which is probably the strongest recommendation I can give.

I have recently purchased the M/H and had a small problem with the brakes squealing when hot. Turned out not to be a problem as Camper UK service booked it straight in and sorted out the brakes while I waited. Fantastic service thank you. Definitely recommend them. Friendly highly efficient team.

Everyone is bright and cheerful and they try to meet our every needs. Staff go out of their way to please and solve any problems Chloé made me a cup of tea after the Machine was turned off! I call that service😊.

We had a fault with our recently purchased 13 year old motor home through camper uk. Stephanie on after sales reception was able to triage our call. Simon was able to fix the fault extremely quickly. Can’t recommend enough - excellent after sales customer service. Happy days happy campers.

We took our Motorhome in for an annual habitation service. As always it was a pleasure to see the team (we travel from Derbyshire ) and we left our van in their very capable hands. When we returned to pick up our van we were taken to one side by Steve, Chloe and Jack who went through our service report. Despite our van only being 4 yrs old it had several places with high damp levels. Steve was great - he explained carefully what the readings meant and told us that it was all covered by our burstner warranty- fortunately we have an annual check so Joe in the service department had found it early and it would be easy to sort. The team were super efficient, taking photos of the areas that needed replacing and they were sent off to burstner. Steve reassured us we could still have our summer holiday and fit the repairs in when it suited us- he even fixed a storage door that was sticking whilst talking to us!
We cannot praise this team highly enough - if you want friendly, highly professional and efficient this is the place to go- we wouldn’t trust our van to anyone else.

We visited Camper UK in 2023 as part of research into a potential purchase of a Motorhome. We were encouraged to look around without pressure and shout if we needed any help. This was so refreshing in comparison to other dealers.
When this year our ideal Motorhome came up as a lightly used model we arranged to go back. We contacted Camper UK and were put through to Glynn Harrison who confirmed the vehicle was still available so confirmed we would travel the next day to View. Glynn indicated it was his day off but he would come in to show us around.
We were shown around with no pressure and allowed all the time we needed on our own to thoroughly check over the vehicle. When we agreed to purchase we struck a fair deal.
On the basis a sale is not a sale until paid for Glynn was available in the intervening couple of weeks to answer any questions and give help. On the day of collection everthing was ready and we had a fantastic hand over that must have lasted two hours from Gary one of the Camper UK technicians, what he did not know was not worth knowing, gave me some great tips. My father in law was with me and having had a few handovers with the 10 plus motorhomes he has owned he felt this was the best handover he had experienced.
We have had the vehicle a few weeks and Glynn has continued to assist with a couple of questions I have had on acclimatising with the vehicle.
From the first visit to collection I can't fault Camper UK

Had my 12 month inspection which was completed in the time also when i arrive i added a job which was no trouble, well done the service team.
