Camp tech awning
We brought a camp tech air awning when we purchased anew caravan in sept 2024
After about 7 months When we were away one of the bladders went bang
As we couldn’t go back to the caravan supplier as they had gone into liquidation we went back to camp tech
Who told us that we needed to sort this out with the
supplier, we explained that the supplier had gone into liquidation but they said that this was not their problem.
After purchasing another bladder, whilst we were away again another bladder burst this badly damaging the awning. We rang camp tech again only to be told that this was not their problem. We visited the caravan and motorhome show at Birmingham in Oct this year where we seen the camp tech stall, we managed to speak to the camp tech manageress where we explained our situation, she asked us to send her photos of the damaged awning as she was appalled at the way were treated in the first place by her team. After she looked at the photos she had the awning collected within 48 hours so she could put all this to the directors, after looking at our awning she sent us a new awning again within 48 hours. We would like to say a very big thank you to her and her team for understanding and her professional customer service.

Starline elite 390 air awning…
Bought starline elite 390 air awning for my caravan. Quality is really good. Looking fwd to some nice weather to enjoy it. Easy to inflate , don't miss the poles.

Our Camptech awning was purchased at the Motorhome and Camping show at the NEC in October.
It was delivered on time.
We haven't had a chance to use it yet, it seems sturdy and well packaged.
We will update when we get chance to use it.

We are very pleased with our new awning…
We are very pleased with our new awning - easy to erect, particularly as my husband is disabled. The caravan was on a seasonal pitch for 6 months and the awning with held some stormy weather and if a side was lowered by the wind we were able to pop it back up! No poles to erect.

Camptech Starline 260 porch…
We bought a Camptech Starline 260 porch awning in July from Bowen awnings. We were very pleased with the advice we were given about buying our first inflatable awning. We have used the awning three times this season. It has been easy and quick to erect and the quality is very good. Very happy with this purchase.

Purchased from Wandahome at NEC show, Buckingham DL Awning and accessories. Was really impressed with Excellent quality and value for the money. Really impressed with this seasonal awning and placed our order With Phil Lumb even though we will not be using it until April 2026.

Friendly and help and a competitive priced product
We went to the caravan and motorhome show as we needed to get a seasonal awning for our caravan.

Very helpful at Preston caravans we are very happy with the starline elite 300 the price was reasonable the awning is pleasing to the eye and very roomy nice big doors that you can swap around nice curtains. My husband said it was the easiest awning to pack away.

Well priced seasonal porch awning
Purchased from Preston Caravans & Motorhomes, the CampTech Count DL Awning combines excellent quality and value for a very well made seasonal porch awning. We've not had chance to use it yet and look forward to trying it out it over the coming months. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was useful see other CampTech awnings on display in the showroom. Highly recommended for CampTech Awnings and customer service.
