Starline Elite 300
I purchased the Starline Elite 300 plus infinity extension and accessories at the Caravan Show October 2024, The size was perfect for what I needed, The quality seemed ok and I liked the colours, Due to bereavement I hadn't had the chance to use the new awning until June 2025, there was a couple of issue when I unpacked the awing which I intended to get resolved on my return from holiday, Unfortunately it took some time for Camptech to acknowledge the issues as manufacturing defects, It has taken 3 months to resolve the issues, The awning items that needed attention were not resolved the first time the awning went back to Camptech an has had to be repacked and sent back, Not only have I not had the use of the product, I have had to be home for collection twice and delivery twice, Not having the use of a product during the peak of the season has been very frustrating, I just hope there are no future issues.

We are sorry to hear of the issues you have had.
We can see from the correspondence that your awning was originally collected for repair on 16th July 2025 & returned back to you in early August. Due to an oversight with the documentation, not everything was completed the first time. That meant it had to be collected again, which we are aware was an additional hassle.
We did everything we could to get this sorted as quickly as possible, and your awning was returned at the end of August. Still, we appreciate that any delay can feel much longer when you’re waiting. We do apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we resolved this for you and we wish you many wonderful holidays for the future.

Camptech Duke Awning
Good quality awning, struggled to erect but got there in the end. No instructions and website difficult in finding a video to help. Love my new awning. Also good aftercare as I emailed them and they responded very quickly

Disintegrating after 3 seasons
After putting this awning up for the 4th season we have noticed that the white trim above the windows and around the panels is disintegrating and all falling off. It’s not the most expensive seasonal but for £1000 I expected it to last longer than 3 years, the rest of the awning is fine no complaints.

Do not buy customer service is rubbish
We purchased the camptech duke seasonal Air awning. It had a faulty main air tube which took then 6 weeks to send a replacement. One of the storm strap fixings broke away but they are not accepting the fact it is a design fault.
Thanks for your reply yes we purchase the awning towards the end of the season. However this was not used until may 2025. In my opinion a storm strap should hold during storms. Invite that some of your awnings that are not seasonal hsve different storm strap fittings..... Why are they different hsve you now found that the ones on your seasonal awnings are faulty. I redused to take the awning as I believe the storm straps fitted are not fit for purpose no one has mentioned any repair to me. If so why has it not been reoaired? Your comments would be appreciated.

We’ve looked into your case and would like to clarify the timeline. The dealer submitted your warranty claim on 27th June 2025, and we responded on 30th June 2025, offering to supply the replacement tube. The dealer did not respond to our offer until 11th July 2025, at which point the tube was dispatched. Therefore, the delay was not on our end.
Regarding the awning, it was purchased in August 2024, and there were no issues reported with the storm strap prior to this claim. Given the time that has passed, this cannot be considered a design fault. As per standard warranty terms, if more than six months have passed since the date of purchase, it is the responsibility of the end consumer to provide evidence that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
We did offer to have the awning repaired however, this would be at cost as it is not covered under warranty. We have also been informed that you have declined to collect the awning from the dealer since it was returned and the tube has been replaced.

Further to your recent edit, please note that all our seasonal awnings, including the Duke DL, are fitted with identical storm strap fittings. There have been no changes these fittings have remained consistent across all our seasonal awnings since production began.
The awning is repairable, however as previously stated this repair would not be covered under warranty. If you wish to proceed with the repair, the cost would need to be covered by yourself. Alternatively, you may wish to contact your dealer to explore any potential resolutions they may be able to offer.

Brought a brand new camptech awaning…
Brought a brand new camptech awaning just over a year ago and the eyelets on front veranda have come off only having been used 3 times. Can't contact were we brought it from as they have gone bust. So contacted camptech and they have said tuff luck we don't want to now. You didn't buy off us so you are on your own. I will never buy another awaning from camptech as costumer sevice is no existent.

Having reviewed our records, we have been unable to locate any emails from you directed to our aftersales team. The issue you described regarding your awning does not correspond with the design of this product, as there are no eyelets on the front veranda section. This suggests there may be some confusion regarding the nature of the fault.
Assistance was offered from our team during a call made to us, that said, it is important to acknowledge that our team should not have been subjected to aggressive behaviour during the conversation. We explained at the time that, despite the dealer entering administration, the responsibility for warranty support does not transfer to us since the transaction was not made directly through our business.
We then advised reaching out to our trusted repair centre, who may have been able to assist further. We also further suggested that you contact your insurance company, to see if this is something they can help with, we always recommend that you insure your products against storm and accidental damage for cases like this, however again this was not accepted.
Please also note that the awning in question has been in use for nearly a year. Under the terms of our warranty, if a fault arises after the first six months, it is the customer’s responsibility to demonstrate that the issue existed at the point of purchase. Based on the details available, the damage appears to be consistent with general wear and tear, and even if the original dealer were still trading, it is unlikely the outcome would have differed.
As reflected in many of our customer reviews, the quality of our service is something we take great pride in. Within the industry, we are recognised for our commitment to supporting customers wherever possible. In this instance, we understand that the outcome may not have been what you had hoped for. However, we must clarify that the version of events you have presented does not accurately reflect the circumstances as they occurred.

Camptech Buckingham DL All Season…
Camptech Buckingham DL All Season awning. Wow what space this provides. This our first season with this particular awning and it’s providing to be a big hit with our family.

Very pleased with our Atlantis DL awning.
Erected our new Atlantis DL seasonal awning for the first time yesterday, despite being heavy, as all seasonal awnings are, it was a simple and speedy process made easy by the hinged corner pieces which makes putting the frame together far less traumatic and more forgiving than the fixed angle corner pieces on our previous awning. The awning went up well on a pitch which slopes upwards slightly to the front of the awning but looks firm and tight. It was easy to adjust to make allowances for the uneven site.
We, of course had high winds and heavy rain last night (welcome to North Wales) and the awning stood up to it extremely well with no undue noise, and despite being new the seams were totally watertight straight from the off. One small concern is the lack of a horizontal section on the draft skirt which only just touches the floor and does flap about in the wind despite being pegged. It would be greatly improved by having a section to tuck under the carpet as the main awning does. This however is a very small concern given the quality and extremely good value of the Atlantis DL. The awning is made of good quality materials and looks great.
We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Ordered Kensington Touring Full Air…
Ordered Kensington Touring Full Air Awning from the brochure at Cannock Caravan Accessories as the awning was not on display or in stock. Our first air awning to make life easier in our young at heart 70s years On collection, box was damaged, had been opened or burst open and retaped and the damage was hidden from view on the floor and when loaded into van. Opened and checked contents in garden on ground sheet. There was no contents list to check off, no instructions on how to use/inflate, no links to online instruction videos. Had to cross reference with brochure from Cannock Caravan Accessories as a guide. Not used yet, will be using soon and will review the process and condition when awning is up. At this price you would think that there would at least be a contents check if list and inflation instructions enclosed in a well packaged product.
