Very good price & easy to install & set up.
Showed us exactly where mum was at any time of the day & night in her flat. Will definitely recommend to others.

The Canary Care system was perfect for the safety of my parents. It was not intrusive at all but gave both me and my parents peace of mind. Would not hesitate to use again.

We’ve used Canary Care for 3 years in our Mum’s home in West Sussex after recommendation from a friend. My sister lives in Suffolk, I’m in West London.
It has given us reassurance particularly regarding external doors securely closed, on several occasions I received an alert on my phone and I could call Mum to remind her. Also we could monitor her trips to the kitchen and night time use of the bathroom.
Canary Care and carers twice daily have enabled our Mum to remain independent for longer than we thought.
This weekend she moves to a lovely care home 2 minutes walk from my sister.
I would not hesitate to recommend Canary Care.

We had used the Canary Care system (previously 3-Rings) in my elderly mother's house for about 5 years before cancelling it once we had a live-in Carer with her. It was very simple to use and gave us great peace of mind when she was on her own. The cancellation process was made very easy by good customer service and a quick response. We just need to send all the gadgets back in a pre-paid envelope. Many thanks to Canary Care.

The Canary Care system is great - easy to use, the reports and alerts simple to understand and it provides good value for the peace of mind it gives all parties.

We have used it since moving on from 3Rings and it has worked without a hitch.

Excellent service. Really helped me know how many times my Mum had got up through the night, if she had gone to bed etc as she lived on her own with dementia. Made us realise how little sleep she had and that she was sometimes sleeping a couple of hours then was getting up at 10pm to start her day....we could phone her and encourage her back to bed. She is now in full time care but this has been so valuable. Easy to use. Would definitely recommend it.

I've used Canary Care for a few years, they took over our service with 3Rings.

I can honestly say that this service is a life saver! Two times in our case. My father failed to get up at his usual time and the system alerted me of this. I was able to get to him and get medical help in time.

The system has movement monitors, if placed correctly will let you know your loved one is up and about. (or not). Its perfect for anyone who is worried about a parent living alone. A simple app on your phone lets you check on movement and room temperature without being invasive.

I would certainly recommend Canary Care. They care!

Great system that work really well, providing unobtrusive monitoring of a loved one.
The ability to also define and set alarms and triggers which are completely user-configurable is a very good feature.
I got excellent customer service from Canary Care throughout, highly recommended overall.

Great product and great personal service, system is great for following movements and the temperature monitor became really useful when hearts left on full !!

Set up was so easy, it worked straight out of the box, no faffing with pairing of sensors. Alerting and reporting is flexible and gives me that comfort that my mum is ok.

Superb product, was able to let my Dad with mid stage dementia live independently. Multiple alerts that you can set up to allow you peace of mind.

The system was easy to set up, I was easily able to set alarms to warn me if there was no movement, or if the front door was open at an unusual time. It gave peace of mind to be able to check that all was well remotely.
If I had one criticism, then sensors are stuck in place, but you can't change the battery without removing them, and then you can't easily stick them back in place.

Absolutely amazing piece of equipment without all the technology worry. I truly would like to know why this is not promoted more by the medical services?
We only used this for 9months before my mother went into residential care, but this allowed her to have continued independent living in her own home for as long as possible before her dementia took control. She wasn't the only one that benefitted, it gave me huge peace of mind to know that she was functioning safely at home without the invasion of privacy, and when things became too difficult, the decision wasn't hard as I had evidence of her opening the door and leaving her home in the small hours of the night (many occasions). This was a god send for me, superb service, easy to set up and anyone I have spoken to has been so professional and helpful. Thank you

The Company provided prompt expert answers to my questions and their product provided important peace of mind when Mum was living alone in her home.

The company has been really supportive throughout our subscription. It was a brilliant first step service to monitor loved ones sensitively, without causing undue anxiety.

We have used this system over the past six months or so for our Mum who has dementia. It has been an absolute godsend and has meant that we have peace of mind as to Mum's whereabouts. Mum has now gone to a care home, which is the only reason we have now ended our use of this system. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would like to publicly thank Sara and Barbara for all their support. Each time I had reason to phone for help they were just wonderful. Thank you.

We have been using the Canary Care system for over 4 years and what an amazing system it is! I cannot understand why its efficacy and ease of use is not more widely known and promoted by care providers/ NHS countrywide. It truly has been a life saver and has enabled my mother in law to stay in her own home for many extra years. Sadly the time has come for her to now go into full time care. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team for the help and support over the years- a new ‘ rule ‘ was developed specifically for us which has worked a treat. I will miss the canary care notifications but will continue to sing its praises as a monitoring system for the elderly especially those with dementia.

The canary care system has given my sister and I the comfort that we can check on our mum remotely who has been living independently for the majority of the time (she has a carer for 2 hours a day). She has fallen in the past and because we have set alerts on the canary system, we have been alerted to a fall and arranged help much sooner than without the system. We have used canary care in conjunction with a CCTV camera for the hallway as this enables us to see the most likely area that mum would fall in, without being too obtrusive. I would thoroughly recommend this product.
