The process from claim submission, to required document upload and follow up with the rental car agency was absolutely flawless. I appreciated the clear documentation requirements and follow up to ensure missing documentation was submitted on time for the claim window.
Once the rental agency submitted their final invoice for the claim, the process was a breeze and I didn't have to do any follow up. The final claim amount was fully covered minus the stated diminished value which I knew would not be covered per policy.
Again, very impressed with the claim submission and reconciliation process, glad this benefit was available when I needed it.

We had to cancel a non refunadable trip due to a death in the family. Chase travel insurance was great and easy to deal with. got a full refund.
The biggest obstacle was getting information from the facility that i did not check in.

After using the escalation email box, they responded in 10 days stating that pre-paid expenses to museums, observation deck and food tour are not covered even though it’s a covered reason (natural disaster). This is after ECLAIMS sent 3 emails asking for more receipts, itinerary, airfare, train fare, credit card statements, birth certificate and a news article showing the natural disaster. I am shocked with how tedious, painful and cumbersome this process is when all along I never qualified for the claim.

My rental was damaged while it was parked by anonymous driver. Damage was slight and only noticed upon inspection at rental return. Was told by rental manager that Hawaii is a no fault state and that I was financially responsible. Called Chase who directed me to E-Claims. From start to completion it was handled professionally, courteously and in good time. Completely satisfied!

I had a minor accident in a rental car in Australia. I had used my Chase card to pay for the rental. Eclaims was easy to navigate and my claim was adjudicated in a timely manner and reimbursement processed. Cuando un cliente suspende un viaje por un motivo justificado, como enfermedad grave de un pariente directo, deberían cubrir no solo los pasajes aéreos sino los otros gastos incurridos no reembolsables como tours, guías, hospedaje, transporte, etc. Así existan políticas de cancelación de los proveedores de estos servicios.

I had purchased a new pagoda for the back deck, a storm filled the canvas with water and bent the frame. I provided proof of purchase and photos of damage and after a few clarifying details, received a check for the purchase price.
Just one reason I am willing to pay the annual fee on my card and will renew again in a few months!

This company is a scam. Their whole business model revolves around frustrating you and counting on you to give up your claim. They request the SAME information multiple times and always pretend not to know anything when you call. Hopefully, some lawyer will file a class action suit to recover the loss experienced by the CHASE VISA clients that file claims with this company.

I had put a claim in because the airline would not reimburse me. Having all my documents made a big difference in card services reimbursing me. Takes a little time but we'll worth it. I will continue to use my card in the future. Glad it's part of the perks of the card.

The actual trip cancelation was the result of a wildfire in Jasper National Park, and my experience with the trip vendor, the Rocky Mountaineer, was quite unpleasant, so it really made a difference that the trip cancelation insurance claim went so smoothly and was processed so quickly. Due to the nature of my trip cancelation, which I imagine were likely outside of what most claims probably look like, it took me quite a bit of effort to put together the explanation of the circumstances and assemble supporting documentation prior to filing the claim. That said, the process of actually filing the claim was very straight-forward and the claim was processed in 10 days, so I was extremely happy with that.
