This is the first time I have used this company for a lease - I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Sharon Samways has made the whole process so easy from start to finish! So friendly and helpful and everything was dealt with straight away. Highly recommend her!

Great experience, 2nd lease car
Nick Dewey was great throughout the whole process with our new Skoda Kodiaq order. Everything we required was approved along with the best price. This is our 2nd lease car. Would certainly recommend.

Ordered a car with expected build date…
Ordered a car with expected build date Jan-Feb and delivery in March-April before Christmas - order number 31292541. No contact since 4th Jan until I finally called today to get an update on whether my car had been built as my last update stated it should have been. Email a few hours later stating build date now mid MAY. So a 3 month delay in build date with no update from this company since the start of January - that I had to chase up myself with them. The only reason I came to this company was due to another broker letting me down on another car which never materialised and being assured by this company that they had every confidence my car wouldn't be delayed beyond the Jan-Feb build dates given by CUPRA. (as apparently they had already been pushed back from 2022).
Whilst delays like this are not the broker's fault directly, I want a conversation with what's gone wrong here ASAP and what assurances there are from CUPRA for this not happening again come May and the car never actually being delivered.
EDIT: Call today as promised and options being looked into. Expecting call back within a week. Will update
