Top service and help with buying amtico flooring, stripping and adhesive
Tom was very helpful and easy to talk to. He recommended the High Temp Extra (HT Extra Amtico) adhesive and we managed to get just the right amount of Amtico LVT and the strips too.
Just had the flooring laid down and it’s amazing, really happy!

Good service and delivery
A very competitive price. I ordered some Amtico LVT on a Wednesday and received it in A1 condition on a pallet the following Tuesday. Would use again.

Great customer service !
the customer service was great from start to finish, I spoke to a chap called David who was very knowledgeable and took the time to speak to me and advise me on what I needed. After comparing a few quotes, Carpet and Flooring won my business from their very competitive price and their great customer service. Once I placed the order another colleague made contact with me, Natalie, who was very helpful on email and made the payment process very simple. Once I placed the order, they kept me up to date with the delivery and made the whole process very smooth.

Shocking Customer Service in breach of consumer rights
The wrong size product was sold to us, despite three verbal confirmations of the correct size. The company would not take the product back despite our consumer rights being that we can request a refund if the product is not correct within 14 days as this was an online purchase and not seen in person at the point of purchase.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. However, we have looked over your case and can see that the size you received is the size that was detailed in both your order confirmation and your quotation in the payment link prior to you placing the order online. As this product is a bespoke made to order product, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns unless there is a fault with the product or your order details are different to the product you received. This is why we clearly state in capital letters within our order confirmations to check that we have the right order details for you, which is especially important if a product is made to order. As a gesture of good will we did offer to reorder your tiles in the different size at a heavily reduced price and sort a free redelivery, but unfortunately there is nothing more we can offer in this instance due to your order details matching the product that was sent to you.

I placed the order just before Xmas , asking for delivery on 3rd January, the delivery was made as promised on 3rd January with an advanced call to make sure I was still Ok to accept the delivery , all very efficient . This was my second order with the company and both experiences have been very positive

Staffs are friendly and experienced
Staffs are friendly and experienced. I ordered PARADOR flooring and ship back to my country. It took some time for both parties to determine the required shipping license, code, etc. I am not sure if importing flooring on your own is worth the trouble. If you live in Europe or England, I highly recommend this company! Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Appalling customer care
Appalling customer care. Delivered my order to the wrong address 120 miles from the intended destination. Would do nothing to ensure safe and free redelivery. Left me paying to have it sent to the intended destination. I’m a business. They didn’t care. This was my third order. It’s definitely my last.

Sorry to hear this. Our team did try to promptly resolve this and sort the redelivery of the goods to the correct address with you. Instead of redelivery you insisted on an entire new order being sent out and there was a refusal to communicate with us to get the redelivery sorted.
