Carrington Dean (Scottish Debt Advice) Avis 

I an still with this company and safe to say am scared of the outcome at the end as i am still getting letters through the door from creditors that are supossed to be in the hands of CD i phoned to ask why payments haven’t been made and they said that they wernt on your creditors list started an argument saying it was cus i have it in black and white nd they send me what they had in there file so by the seems of this company are saying a diffrent story to what av got when i initally signed up tried talking to them about canceling but no help as i cant understand the accent from the call center if i cant get through to anyone ill be paying a visit to there office

Had a bit of a panic attack when I got a ccj letter through my door telling me I had to pay several thousands of pounds but after speaking with Dhishna Santoo on the phone for 5 minutes I felt better right away, couldn't have been more helpful or understanding, best customer service I have had in a long time, also replied quickly to my emails for updates even though this was not her team that were handling the case after initial contact

I spoke to Akhilesh Bagha about needing some extra time to pay over the Christmas and he was so helpful snd understand concerning my issue that I got the extention. He really understood how important it was to me to have that extention and was very supportive about it. Yet again I called this company this morning for A simple enquiry which would have. Been a straight forward call for Glasgow office who were superp and resolved my query every time I had to call twice to get a payment date changed she couldn't understand me which is a regular occurrence I don't think it is possible to change td provider if possible would do this as my confidence with offshore shore centre is at an all time low I just don't want to deal with them anymore I dread when I have to call
