Have had advice and assistance from Carrington Dean for the last year or so. ALways helpful on the phone and happy to explain or help with any issues. Just today I noticed my monthly payment hadn't come off and called through to check. Everything dealt with and fixed easily with Charlie and all back on track with future payments sorted out.

I needed assistance with a problem of…
I needed assistance with a problem of communication as much as anything else, whilst trying to sort out an issue I had with my trust deed.
I spoke with Trevor initially then Peter.
Trevor took me through the process and helped me understand the procedures and processes, as well as the delays that may happen.
I was a lot more re assured at the end of the conversation. I got the documentation sent needed to expedite the process, and during a worrying and stressful time,both Trevor and Peter put me at ease with situation😊👍🏼
