Really friendly staff with great attitude, they were really helpful and communicative, I have no complaints about them, the service was excellent, and the finance part was really easy to understand with their help

All was going well until the kicker. They wanted to charge me $990 for someone to come and pick up the car from my home. This was about 10% of what they suggested the car was worth. No deal buddy.

Initial offer via chat was $12400. Ended up $11500 with drop of the car in Sydney. Price dropped at each step of the way and lots of excuses like scratches successfully ending up in a low price. A fair bit of hassle calling all the time and needed documents not normally required in a sale but the money was paid in the end...

From the time I decided to take Ansh’s offer, to the time the funds where in my account took less than 24hours. I was happy with the deal and would highly recommend them to anyone selling their car. I was really impressed that they let me cancel my car registration and get it refunded as I had just paid a full year. I don’t think many companies would have told me that.

The company was good to work with regarding communication & did what they say they would do. They paid $200 less than what they offered as they said we can get funds back from canceling registration which is what we did.
It was multiple people we spoke to at each stage of process which they did well but would be good to speak with same person. Overall they were efficient & quick response times. Can’t complain they gave more than other car yards offered & took the stress out of the private sale process.

They scheduled an online inspection, and once they were satisfied with the condition of my car, I submitted all the necessary documents. After the documents were verified, they paid the initial deposit the very next day. Within a few days, they paid the remaining purchase amount and arranged for a truck to pick up my car.

Sold our Tiguan to Cars24 after advertising on Carsales. Process was quick and smooth. Because the car was relatively new, a video and specific photos was sufficient for them to accept the condition as described. They promptly paid a deposit, followed by the balance the day before I dropped the car off (they arrange pick up from your home as well, but we opted to drop it off as the depot is close to our home). Bhuvnesh and Himani were prompt and efficient to deal with.

I was wary at first of using a company like Cars24 to sell my car, but the whole experience was very positive. Their initial offer was acceptable, but I expected their price to come down a lot after the virtual inspection, and it did. However, we eventually agreed on a mutually acceptable sale price and the process after that went very smoothly. They were professional the whole time. I would definitely use them again. Recommended
