Saw the page on TikTok so I decided to give this company a try. Ordered a radio for my 2010 Skoda Fabia and I absolutely had no issues. Radio arrived in 4 days and it was also easy to install.

Ordered my CarPlay and reversing camera…
Ordered my CarPlay and reversing camera on the 25th of August so over two weeks ago. One part of my order has been shipped but not even in the uk yet, and the other part hasn’t even been shipped yet apparently. I have tried messaging on WhatsApp and got the same reply every time “it will be updated today”, just for it to not. I have also tried to email and got no reply. This is just not what you’d expect or want from such an expensive, luxury product

Great customer service really amazing products i bought a touch screen radio for my vw polo it literally transforms the car i had one tiny problem with it and got in touch with the company they where so helpful and sorted my problem in minutes if I ever need another one will definitely buy from here again highly recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade there old car radio

Rich is Brilliant!
Rich was fantastic through the whole process, came to fit my radio as he was local last year and ever since have had no issues with the device and was excellently installed with no mess. I had a minor problem with the light not switching off, after texting Rich (a year after initial fitting) he replied in minutes and guided me to fixing the device. Would 100 percent recommend.

10/10 customer service
The stereo worked perfectly, the WhatsApp contact was very responsive and answered all queries I had, was very easy to fit the stereo aswell, simply plug in the 2 adapters and test the kit out. The only suggestion I would have for the company is to upload some step by step tutorials/ instructions either on the website or social media for each different stereo sold so that anyone who isn't experienced in this kind of thing can feel more confident. All in all, brilliant company, would 10000% recommend.

BEST DECISION EVER
At first I was unsure on whether this was real or a scam, but I went ahead and ordered anyway! The company then reached out to me and asked if I would like free installation which I was happy to go ahead with. The wait time was a little while which made me think I’ve just been scammed so I dropped an email and was told someone would be out the same day for installation and that’s exactly what happened! My installation was completed by Richard and he went through absolutely everything with me, he also told me how this was a small business with a limited amount of staff which is why the wait time was a little longer. So just be patient and definitely get yourself one because the wait it worth it!

Ordered this last week, however I had recieved an email from paypal to say that a refund was on my way. I was confused so i attempted four times to contact the company and I had no response whatsoever. I then had to then escalate the issue to paypal to deal with.

Don’t Order, Ordered a fiat screen 11 days ago. When ordering it said it would be delivered in 2-4 days yet still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve sent messages and emails and even called asking when it will even be shipped. No response.
