Very poor so far. 2-7 days postage - now 11 days and still had no response to emails when contacting customer service. Reading the reviews here sounds as though others may have had a better experience (if you believe they are real reviews), I certainly haven’t had good service to date but at least I paid on credit card so will chase them for a refund …

The entire experience was incredible service. Came across them on TikTok. Messaged them on insta and they replied asap with everything that would work well with my car. They came out and installed it within the hour and constantly kept me updated. We ended up realising that I had a previous issue with my sound system and on top of the installation they even sorted that out for me too. Definitely would recommend them to everyone!!

Would definitely recommend getting your new CarPlays from Carsosa! Great customer service, and very prompt delivery. If I had any issues with installation I had a very quick response on Instagram which was a great help. Amazing for my first car and very responsive system!

I purchased my own Screen off eBay for my imported Japanese car and Carsosa were willing to fit this in. After showing both screens we opted for the Carsosa Screen for my VW golf as it was a lot smoother and fitted the car perfectly. Not only did Carsosa provide excellent customer service and respect to us but also went above and beyond with fitting both screens and showing us how they would look and also persisting with the wiring on aftermarket Japanese car screens. Highly recommend

Bought this as wanted CarPlay in my seat Leon they offered fit it as well due to them being local to me. Great unit and was great service works with my steering wheel buttons which is what I wanted

I bought a cheap headunit for my vw polo (2012) before and it drained my battery and was a really bad piece of equipment, thought i’d try carsosa and trust me this is the real deal, the unit turns off with the ignition and doesn’t drain battery. Would absolutely recommend this product instead of getting a cheap alternative from ebay/amazon get this instead.

I ordered a screen for my polo after seeing many videos on TikTok and was a bit weary at first as it was quite expensive . But i had no need to worry ! I received my item within 7 days and had regular delivery updates. The screen works perfect and I fitted it fine without any issues ! Definitely worth it and I’m glad I ordered it

I ordered a radio and instillation process from this company. I seen many TikTok’s and finally decided to give it a go. Little did I expect how much it would exceed my expectations. My experience with Carsosa was amazing the screen fitted for my Ford fiesta is still working mint and is probably the best purchase I have done to car, it’s already nearly been a year and i have no regrets all working fine and if any problems carsosa is there to help.

Poor service from Carsosa. Contacted them about the delay and they didn’t even bother responding to my multiple attempts. Didn’t even warn me I would have to pay extra fees to FedEx after purchasing the £299 screen. Don’t bother ordering with these guys.
