Every used car comes with 90 day warranty, and has had a vehicle inspection as part of our car quality promise. If you are looking to sell your vehicle, you can use our valuation tool on our website. You can then decide whether to part exchange, or sell out right. We also sell a wide range of car care products and services to keep your car looking prestine. These include service plans, extended warranty, GAP insurance, SMART Repair and Autoglym Lifeshine. Katie right from the moment we walked…

Katie right from the moment we walked through the door made it easy and pleasant and it has been a very pleasant experience. Really good experience

I had a really good experience. Communicating with Katie was easy and informative. She explained each step of the process to me clearly and answered all of my questions, which gave me confidence in the decision to buy. Delivery took place on New Year's Eve which was perfect for me. I would highly recommend Carverse to anyone looking for a used car.

Thank you for your feedback with regards to your vehicle purchase, please accept our apologies for the lack of fuel you have stated in your new vehicle… all of our vehicles should have a minimum of a quarter tank, if we have missed this on this occasion, we would be happy, if you can send a receipt for £20 for the fuel we can reimburse you accordingly. Reference to the refund of £500 for the V5 holding deposit, we only received this (V5) on Tuesday 10th December, the refund was actioned on the same day of receiving and monies should be in your account by close of business today 12th December.

Kane was great

Kane was great all the way through the process of buying my lovely Mazda. He did a video for me of the car as I live 100 miles from the garage. I put a refundable deposit on the car and collected it the following day. Would definitely recommend the garage

Excellent Service and Great Experience

I recently purchased a car from Carverse, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car for my needs and budget. They weren't pushy at all, which is refreshing, and took the time to answer all my questions.

The salesperson, Katie, was fantastic and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They walked me through different financing options, and I felt confident in my choice without any pressure. The car I bought was in great condition, and they made sure it was fully serviced before handing me the keys.

Overall, I highly recommend Carverse to anyone looking for a reliable car dealership with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for future car needs!

Katie cambridge was may sales executive. I made an online enquiry fir a car and she called me. Even sent a personal video of the car. I made an arrangement to have a test drive. She was very informative and explained everything. I would recommend her if you are thinking of purchasing a car. Very good service throughout

Excellent sales service from Katie Cambridge

Katie Cambridge, the Sales Executive at Carverse who helped me purchase my car, provided excellent service. I chose the car online but then Katie sent me a video she had made of the car which answered questions I had relating to it. Katie remained in regular contact with me during the sales process, up to and including the day it was delivered to my home on 9 October 2024. I have never met Katie in person but I rate the service she provided via phone and emails to be in a league above some of the other car salespeople I interacted with during my search for a new car.

I was happy with my dealings with…

I was happy with my dealings with Carverse. The only issue I had was taxing my car once it had been delivered as it didnt come with a log book and the reference provided wouldnt work so I had to go to the post office and fill out a form. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

Excellent service at Carverse

Katie was so helpful. No pressure. Explained everything fully. Was polite and friendly and put us at ease when looking for our new car. It had been a while since purchasing our previous car and we were a bit concerned that we would be bamboozled with the technicalities of a new car. Everything went smoothly and so far we are really happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend Carverse in Letchworth.

Recommended

Great variety of cars that I was interested in. The dealership is part of Norton Way Group which made me feel I could trust them. I appreciated that they did not go in for the hard sell on add ons (auto gym, wheel and tire protection etc.). Flo was friendly and professional.
