Katie cambridge was may sales executive. I made an online enquiry fir a car and she called me. Even sent a personal video of the car. I made an arrangement to have a test drive. Katie Cambridge, the Sales Executive at Carverse who helped me purchase my car, provided excellent service. I chose the car online but then Katie sent me a video she had made of the car which answered questions I had relating to it. Katie remained in regular contact with me during the sales process, up to and including the day it was delivered to my home on 9 October 2024. I have never met Katie in person but I rate the service she provided via phone and emails to be in a league above some of the other car salespeople I interacted with during my search for a new car.

I was happy with my dealings with Carverse. The only issue I had was taxing my car once it had been delivered as it didnt come with a log book and the reference provided wouldnt work so I had to go to the post office and fill out a form. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

Katie was so helpful. No pressure. Explained everything fully. Was polite and friendly and put us at ease when looking for our new car. It had been a while since purchasing our previous car and we were a bit concerned that we would be bamboozled with the technicalities of a new car.
