I have been a faithful Lane Bryant shopper for over 20 years and have spent countless thousands of dollars w them however when I visited their store on McKnight Rd in PA I was told to leave bc I didn’t have a mask on. I walked in and was ordered to wear a mask and I explained I have a medical condition that does not allow me to wear one . the associate then got her manager and she told me I would not be able to shop in their store. Let me tell you one thing Lane Bryant .. YOU have lost business from now on !! I have a right to not wear a mask and I have a medical reason not to ... thumbs down on the handling of the situation and thumbs down on your policies !!

I personally love Lane Bryant. I find their brand to be a little more dressier than casual, but I love their pajama sets as they are so comfy! They are a little pricey, but my clothing always arrives in a timely manner.

I’ve purchased in store for years and this was my first time online. Shipping was slow although the website tells you that in advance. I was delighted with my items when they showed up. I got a pink skater dress that fit like I expected and some biker short/tank top pajamas that were sooo comfy. In my new world of online shopping I’ve not had the best experience and was relieved my in store and online expectations were the same at Lane Bryant.

In an attempt to utilize my RealWomenDollars while taking advantage of the terrific sales that were being advertised online, I declined to proceed with my purchase due to my negative experience with your "customer service rep" chat line. I had more than $155 worth of items but was having difficulty getting my RealWomenDollars and AprGift promo codes to the purchase. Your representative then informed me that I wasn't able to use my RealWomenDollars if an item was or had a sale price. She then told me that I wasn't able to use the AprGift promo code. My comment to her for both remarks was that I can't make a purchase on the site as 99% of everything on their site had a "sales price". I advised her that bait and switch is illegal and those types of advertising techniques are not acceptable, especially in the State of Texas. Your representative pretty much told me oh well and sorry about your bad luck, that I have until April 16 to use the RealWomenDollars - I told her I was canceling my account and order - the representative didn't care so I canceled and disconnected the chat. This is the 2nd time I attempted to use the promo codes advertised on their website as well as additional coupons received through previous purchases without any success. This is fraud, deceptive trade practices and false advertisement.

I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and discounts. I was very pleased with the outstanding professional customer service from Angelise and her team. I purchased more items than planned, but very pleased with everything. Please know I truly appreciate your dedication and commitment. Exceptional customer service is important for any organization and is one of the things that keeps people like myself continuing to do business. Thank you very much keep up the good work Lane Bryant Team.

We love Lane Bryant clothing, but their business practice is questionable. We want everyone to know about it and to warn everyone not to get their credit card. We paid our first bill in full of over $400 through our bank 5 days before the due date on the bill. Lane Bryan said they did not receive it for 9 days. They gave us a late fee then continued to charge us late fees for 2 more months. We did not see them because we believed we paid the bill in its entirety. They refused to remove the charges despite proof from our bank that the bill was sent in advance of due date. Lane Bryant did this to someone who has a pristine credit record and pays every bill in entirety and on time. It was our first use of the card as well.

They charge more for international returns then the clothes are worth! Worst, their website does not state that they charge fees for returns! When you call them, their rep just keeps on repeating the same thing and does not listen. Tried to explain that the policy is different on the web site, but rep did not care.

TERRA was incredible in helping find plus size bras, she helped us sign for the rewards program and got us $25 off our purchase with this program, very considerate and engaging person, she cared about us so much, this is store 06013 in Edgewood, Thank you TERRA

The store claims that they will provide a price match but they will not! In my past experiences Black Friday was always the best deals even though there is a Cyber Monday. However, this year was different. On Black Friday the online deal was 30% off and on Cyber Monday it was 50% off. I purchased items on Friday and once i saw how discounted Monday was i wrote to customer service requesting a Price Match. They refused to price match me. So i will be Returning all the items i bought from Black Friday and never shopping there again.

I absolutely love shopping online with Lane Bryant but instead of shopping online last night I went into the store and had the best employee ever!!!!
Nedra is her name she works at the Roosevelt mall store in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She told me things that I never knew and I’ve been shopping at Lane Bryant for over 30 years. I never knew that if I like something on the clearance rack and they didn’t have my size the store can look it up on their computer And order it to my home free of charge shipping is free of charge . Nedra Went above and beyond just for me. I’ve always disliked going into the stores because there’s some employees that just don’t want to do the jobs. It’s Thanksgiving week now the start of the holidays and after being in the store last night I feel like I’m in the Christmas mood now.. I need to shop for two females in my life and I’ve made plans to go in when Nedra is working so she can show me what to buy

I went to pick up my package from the store and the sales associate on the floor turned around and saw me at the counter and never acknowledged me, ever. It just so happened another associate came out the back later and asked was I being helped and she's the one that helped me. If you can't multitask or be friendly you have no business working with the public.

Bad experience. I ordered 3 pairs of boots yesterday and applied for credit card. Approved for credit card, however my order didn't get placed. When I checked this morning, they're still in my cart. Now the prices are way more. No help from customer service. So I guess I'm not going to order from this place. Very disappointed!!! Should have been able to save at least 100.00 dollars.

Horrible experience in the Lane Bryant Burlington store. I had bought some clothes online a few months ago, then became very ill with Type 1 diabetes, and in and out of the hospital, so I was unable to return them quickly. The clerk was just incredibly nasty to me --so nasty, in fact, I felt forced to explain my situation so that she would stop her rude behavior. That made ZERO difference. She absolutely made sure that I felt humiliated and continued to remind me (over and over) that I was putting her out because I was late on the returns. She also was smugly happy she could only refund $15 on an $89 blazer and $23 on a $79 dress -- and only on a gift card. It was a humiliating and upsetting experience. I plan to complain higher up on this but needed to vent just returning from this totally awful experience.

I went in looking for bras. They only had one in my size, so i took that and ordered 3 more. I paid cash. The bra i took home fell apart after the first wash. When the other 3 came in, I immediately took them back only to find out that they had converted my cash to a gift card and i could only get a gift card in return from them. I will never shop with this shady brand again.

The New Summer Dressy outfits are all in my closet. Unfortunately, they have to bag your clothes like youre shopping at goodwill...Lane Bryant prices are like Dillards..at least Dillards leaves the garments on hanges and covers them with the clear garment cover...

The clothing styles are made for older women who like to cover their shape. I am in my thirties and can only buy jeans underwear and t-shirts here. Plus you absolutely must try on any outfit because not every style is made for every body type. The models in their catalog are tall and slimmer then the rounder women who buy their clothing in stores. I've shopped with this company since I was a teenager, and by the same things every year. I wish they would sell more hipper things like bodycon dresses, and plain dusters. It seems like everything must have flowers and lines and frills. The prices for clothing is high, but very few things are worth that price in here. The bonus is if you make enough purchases you get a rewards check back in the mail to shop some more!🤨 one thing I hate about shopping in store is that the staff can get mean with you. But recently they've gotten rid of mean staffers and replaced them with nicer more friendlier men and women. And they greet shoppers by name, especially if you frequent the store often. Online or in-store- You can find deals daily.

I wish I could give this store a 0 rating! After over 10 years of being a loyal customer, they charged me a late fee after I paid my bill (on the day it was due) just because it was after 8 pm. Absolutely ridiculous! I even spoke to a representative and called in to pay my bill and she never mentioned anything about a late fee being applied. Needless to say, I hate that this happens but they have lost a customer in me for good! The customer service guy basically told me that he had the authority to waive the fee but he wasn’t going to. I’m canceling my account with them ASAP! Horrible customer service!
