Poor customer service and maintenance
I had really great customer service for my dishwasher. However my integral fridge freezer is dripping water down the back and growing mould. When I complained I had to pay over £130 to get someone to come out. He was rather patronising and asked for a bit of cable (from any old parcel) to stick up the vent at the back of the fridge to clean it out. It took 5 minutes and it could have been suggested on the phone BEFORE taking my money. The fridge is still wet inside and growing mould....

Five star service from engineer
Had a problem with the oven, had an appointment with a CDA engineer which I accidentally missed. 0 problem with that on their end and they rebooked it right away.
Engineer came round and everything was sorted in less than 5 minutes. Fast, polite and effective.

I can see from the notes on our system that our Service Partner engineer visited you on the 24th March and advised you that the your appliances had been installed incorrectly and that you would need to ask your fitter to come back to correct this and once this had been done we would be able to come back out to you again. Poor quality product and long wait for repairs
Hob broke down for the 2nd time in 3 year.
Week and a half to get an engineer visit, where the spare part hadn't arrived
Another week and a half to come back and then the wrong part had been ordered due to the wrong model number on the system, despite having been repaired before and having the correct model number on the cover provided by D&G.
So another week and a half for the final repair to be made.
Engineer was very pleasant. But substandard products having broken down twice in two years, the engineer basically admitted the products are built in Europe and can't handle our electricity supply. And over 4 weeks to repair a hob, which was extremely inconvenient.

I am so sorry that you had such a difficult customer journey with us. It is not acceptable the length of time it took to repair your hob and we are reviewing our processes with regards registering appliances that are not done so directly with us.

Quick fix , Eng was friendly.
However it took them a week for them to come after raising the issue as urgent .

Danny came and fixed the cooker after us waiting ten days for it repairing. He was a very pleasant young more and efficient.
We were not happy about being left ten days without the cooker especially as that was the second time it had broken down which was five months previously.
Hopefully we will be okay now ,I seems the fan had not been working normally from day one .

The repair was not straight forward and eventually ended up taking 4 visits to resolve. The engineer was patient and demonstrated great tenacity in resolving the problem, all while remaining professional and considerate throughout the process.
