Reported my dishwasher faulty on Monday…
Reported my dishwasher faulty on Monday morning and by midday I had a text to say the engineer was coming Wednesday. I then got a text in the morning with a time slot and then a further text half hour before arrival. Aaron arrived inspected the dishwasher and talked me through the problem. Within 40 mins the dishwasher was up and running again. Aaron was extremely professional and polite. A credit to the company. Thank you

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Danny called to advise his eta and fixed the issue with our dishwasher along with keeping me updated with the problem.
He cleared up after himself and also pointed out a problem with our brand new oven which we were not aware of.

I’ve tried to contact them on the phone…
I’ve tried to contact them on the phone but waiting time seems to be 30 mins. Have a ceramic hob from them which has broken several times and been replaced once. Now again it has stopped working. I’m hoping for a full refund as obviously there is something quite wrong with this model of hob (Cda hc7621FR ceramic hob) I’m only writing this review on here in the hope that they get back to me sooner as I’ve emailed and no reply. Update 6 aug- I’ve replied to Cda with the extra information they asked for so they could get back to me asap. 2 days later and I’ve heard nothing

I can also see that you emailed us that afternoon, and we responded on the morning of 04/08 to arrange an engineer visit, which is now booked for next week.

Total Shambles - No Customer Service
We had an integrated CDA freezer fitted in our Wren kitchen, this has broken down 4 times and been replaced, yet again it has broken down complete freezer full of food wasted, that is £800 approx cost to me, £75 is what CDA have give me back, on the last break down i requested a call back from a manager, still no call back, total shambles
