I am a Victoria Point resident and wanted to leave a review to say how brilliant Hayley is. She is always super busy but always has time for everyone. I have recently moved in and Hayley has gone above and beyond for me. Sorted out all my queries super fast. Very efficient and friendly. I don’t know how she does it with 200 flats to look after! It’s refreshing to have someone who says they will look into something and actually follow through with it everytime. Thank you

Unprofessional, lack of communication
I would recommend researching the property management before purchasing a flat. This company has been terrible, no response. On email you are lucky to get a response, céntrick portal I would not bother as they also do not complete. We have been told our window cleaning covers external then our property manager expressed it does not, requested proof which surprise no one has emailed back. Emailed again to no avail. Extremely unprofessional. May receive a call back due to my truthful review and will probably state they will ‘investigate’ and look into it and think that is sufficient enough and then nothing happens and back to square one. My personal opinion is to avoid this company

Zero communication following a crime – Unresolved security failures at Lordswood Road
We recently experienced an e-bike theft from the communal bike store after the security gate was forcibly compromised. Despite formally reporting this and providing a police crime reference number, our building manager has completely ignored our emails and provided zero communication regarding our urgent requests to archive the CCTV footage for West Midlands Police.
Leaving tenants in the dark while time-sensitive police evidence risks being overwritten is unacceptable. As seen in many other 1-star reviews on Google and Trustpilot regarding Centrick's management, security vulnerabilities are a recurring pattern—our main vehicle access gate was previously left broken for months, leaving the entire property exposed.
Ignoring residents and failing to assist law enforcement after a security breach shows a complete lack of duty of care. Senior management needs to intervene immediately.

Extremely concerning security failures and unresponsive management at Lordswood Road
Following a break-in where the bike store security gate was compromised and an e-bike stolen (Police Crime Ref allocated), building management has failed to respond to urgent requests to archive and provide CCTV footage for West Midlands Police.
This security failure is not an isolated incident. The main vehicular parking gate was previously left broken for months, repeatedly compromising resident safety and building security.
Ignoring police evidence requests while recurring security vulnerabilities go unresolved is unacceptable. Urgent intervention from senior Centrick management is needed to secure this footage before it is overwritten.

Avoid Centrick like a plague
Avoid Centrick like a plague! If there was a way to give them a zero star, I would have done that. They only care about taking your money and not your general wellbeing or that of the property.
I had initially given a review about how they collect bills inclusive rents but fail to provide services associated with the rents like internet (the internet in the property stopped working for almost 3 months now).
As usual, they pretended to care by responding to the review and asked for my details so they can investigate - I wonder what investigation is needed for a breech of contract so glaring. It’s been about 3 weeks now since their response to my last review yet no information and still no internet in the apartment where I pay a bills inclusive payment.
I am pretty sure they would respond again with same story telling me they would investigate the issue.
Well it’s okay, I will eventually resort to taking the internet bill out of the monthly rent.
Again, avoid them like a plague.
