Provides a clear explanation of the work done and fully trust the service has been done in full and to expected standards. Highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable engineer

Annual oil boiler service. Engineer was PHILLIP COOKE. He was punctual, friendly and concerned to explain what he was doing. In fact this was the third year he's maintained my boier. I will use Certas next year and request Phillip again.

Mark Armstrong did a fantastic job at replacing the ch motor on my old oil boiler. He did the whole job within the call out time and was helpful and friendly.

My oil fire boiler has had its annual service today done by Mark Armstrong. He was meticulous in his attention to detail, his professionalism was obvious, and I was very impressed by his whole approach to the task. I thoroughly recommend him and hope that he will be returning to my house to complete the annual service in the years ahead.

Phillip the engineer was friendly and helpful and arrived punctually. The boiler was serviced well and no mess left behind. The engineer also gave good advice. Sorry for late review, I found the card had fallen behind the table.

Our usual certas engineer Mark attended today and serviced our two oil fired boilers. As always he was friendly and efficient. Both boilers were serviced quickly with no mess or bother.
