Heating Services Certas Energy Avis 

We had our boiler serviced by Mark Armstrong today. He has been maintaining our boiler for many years and as always was polite, efficient and informative. Before we first met Mark we were told we needed a new boiler, but he has kept it running beautifully for over 10 years since!

I recently had my boiler serviced by Riki Urquhart. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained why certain parts were having to be changed, which is always good to know.

What makes me give a 5* rating is Mark is a throw back to Happy and proud to do my job in a polite and friendly manner not found much is this day and age and I’m not a past looking old Grump .
