Today's experience was good
Today's experience was very good. Compared to yesterday's and the day before. Yesterday the member of staff seemed very disinterested in the call. I had to keep asking if she was still there and the day before the lady spoke that quickly I didn't finish my quote
Today's call handler was much better. Polite . Spoke at pace but gave enough time for me to understand and and answer .

Efficient And Polite Call Handler
The call handler (Mr Innocent) was patient and very clear with his information requirements. He took time to answer my questions and called back with the answers, after consulting a Broker.

Took out policy on 14/4/2026
Took out policy on 14/4/2026. Unable to login on 15/4/2026 to access documents. Highlighted that unable to login and requested documents by email and for someone to look into login failure. Promised documents would be sent by email next day. No documents arrived. Email sent 28/4/2026 highlighting that unable to login and view documents and can someone sort my login out. Still no reply to my email of 28/4/2026 so phoned then today 6/5/2026. They apparently gave me wrong policy ID number. Advised of correct one which also does not work. On phone for considerable time and they still can’t sort my login problems. Asked for policy documents to be sent direct to my email. Received email which did not contain policy documents but routed me to Customer Portal which does not work.
This company is a shambles and unable to fix what should be s straightforward logon problems. They can’t even send your documents direct to email which would have sorted problem. As of now two incorrect Policy ID’s have been issued and I am not convinced that I am insured despite Ceta taking my money. I would avoid at all cost.
