The agency’s advertised vacancy is misleading. The role I applied for was described differently from the actual job I was given. Unfortunately, the promises made during recruitment did not reflect the reality of the work. This was a disappointing and unprofessional experience."

At first,the shift I picked were not available,so one of the registration officer that helped me with my registration gave me the option of the available shift... So I decided to go for a night shift which was not that comfortable but because I needed the job so badly... She too pitied me because she said I'm a fist timer that the night shift will be tedious for me...
But at that point in time we were both stocked and had no choice than to go for the night shift.
Few more minutes, I was already sitted at another session to carry on with the registration procees, suddenly I saw thesame registration officer that started my registration, so she said she came to call my attention to the shift I wanted that it's now available on the system that it just popped up... I was so overwhelmed with her kind heart and soft words despite the fact that I'm an hijabi and she doesn't discriminate at all. She was so free with me... I love the atmosphere with her . Kudos to CTRG limited for imploring such staff....

This agency is a scam company like path2 solutions my friend did a training course with them with a guaranteed interview at the end which dosent happen its a scam just to get funding of the government report them to the agency standards inspectorate or action fraud who will investigate them SCAMMERS avoid

Regarding the payment problem, I sent the email to site manager and recruit manager for a long time and resent again. But still no feedback.

Asked some questions to them, but they never answered.

First of all managed to secure work and starting tomorrow.
Information throughout is concise and informative. Went through Totaljobs with CTRG vacancies.
Application process was all done via my phone. So no laptops and paper application forms needed.
Recruitment process was relatively straight forward, after a couple of days I was invited with 11 others an induction where we undergo routine numeracy literacy tests and watch an Health and Safety video.
Received a link to complete a Manual Handling module via e-learning. After the weekend I have been offered a post starting Tuesday.

Went above and beyond other agencies I've been with. Helping me to get the job I'd applied for.

Overall experience is very positive. I found a job on CTRG website. The application process was fairly simple and very user friendly. The senior manager Magdalena is very helpful and supportive. The most notable remark is the timing. From the day of application to the day of induction took about less than a week. Thank you for opportunity to work with you. All the best.

It was easy to apply for a job application and also if you have difficulties to upload your documents with the website you can easily send to there email and they will upload for you.

I have never ever in my life worked for a company like this, they neglect their agency staff they are next to impossible to contact if you have an issue. No one ever knows what's going on. Simple questions are never answered. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy
