I found the whole process amazing all well organised up to standard and professionally arranged ,
The people that were assisting us were all helpful, they assisted every one fairly

TRG has shown a complete lack of professionalism and respect towards agency staff. Their communication is extremely poor — shift times are often given incorrectly or changed last minute, causing disruption and wasted time. They do not handle scheduling properly and fail to do their job accurately, despite working with major companies like Tesco.

Staff are treated with little respect, there is no flexibility, and the attitude from management can be aggressive rather than supportive. It feels like agency workers are seen as disposable rather than valued team members. I would not recommend working with TRG if you expect fairness, professionalism, or proper communication.

The worst company I ever worked for, they all incompetent, team leader have zero social skills , they don’t know how to speak , they all sad pissed of behind the desk,they are used to 95% of foreigners who are scared to lose their job so they treat them like piece of meat , so when I challenge them they get annoyed , you can’t ask questions ,they just randomly send you an email to fire you without a real reason, I would never advice someone to work there , avoid this agency

Having been paid off from the NHS due to health reasons CTRG have been excellent having applied to different jobs, it seemed to me that they didn't look at my experience but my job title.
CTRG looked beyond that and at the person I am and the experience over the years 😁

It very easy and everyone helpful staff

The ad on indeed was for Bernard Matthew’s which had various shifts available on it. When I spoke to someone I was told I could do the shift I wanted. Then throughout the hiring process the times were changed 3 times so they had not intention of giving me what hours I wanted and had wanted me to do a specific shift all along. The joys of agencies!

My onboarding with CTRG was straightforward and well-organized. Once I completed the initial steps, I received a call right away and everything was explained clearly. The agent was respectful, efficient, and helped wrap things up quickly. I’m impressed with how smoothly the process went and thankful for the professionalism shown throughout. Great experience overall.
