Very Helpful and straight forward.

I was warmly welcomed by All and I truly felt that I was engaged by the Employer with regards to the Interview.

ChallengeTRG placed me on a shunting role at Guinness. The sign up procedure and explanation of what to do and where to go and key contacts was great. I stayed in the role for nearly two years and had no issues with Challenge. Deborah there was very helpful, pay was regular, and I would work with the company again.

Started at warehouse for induction. Was told where to sit when I got there.
Few more recruits/workers showed ( not looking at all happy can’t blame them really). Took in room for breath test and got brief run down of what was expected from its challenge staff at the warehouse, and that they were recruiting over the next 5 weeks.
Various things were pointed out to us, instant dismissal if bumping into another fork lift once!, and instant dismissal if turning down wrong way lane once!, though all this I thought was a little harsh considering it was our first experience of the warehouse at Iceland. The man giving us the induction gave me bad feeling about the whole thing if I’m honest a little pushy and not someone I personally would trust.

I would put zero ,not given the option.
I was offered job ,after passing all pre employment requirements.the job was starting in 3 weeks from assessment pass date .....the job offered was then withdrawn....I shouldn't have applied if knowing TRG would withdraw a certain job offer ! Waist of my time energy ,cost ,,being wise,I wouldn't work for such charlatan outfit , totally unprofessional,uncalled for ridiculous antics .....

Easy and quick straight forward

Who I spoke to was very kind and helpful answering the questions I had

I recently went for a job at the GXO B&Q site in Blyth & the impression I was given was one of amateurs who were very disorganised. I applied for the night shift and was told my induction would be Friday night. I was told very clearly Friday night by the staff there. Then I heard nothing for almost 1 week (no details given either in order to contact them) when I get a call asking me to finish my application & then my induction details would be sent over. I did this & was sent an SMS saying my induction would be on Friday at 6:45am. I couldn’t do this due to prior commitments. I rang the lady and told her this only to be told they don’t do inductions at night (so why I was told this I don’t know). Absolutely no wiggle room, no suggestion of doing it at a different date (with more than 48hrs notice) and was told down the phone ‘ok thank you take care’ before being hung up on. The dogs I look after could be more professional than them. I’m not desperate for the job, it was extra money for me so perhaps they are used to dealing with people so desperate for work they feel their attitude/unprofessionalism is ok. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use them.

I had my induction at the site today where I am going to be employed and the staff that I interacted with couldn't have been more accommodating.Answering every question that asked and also very knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend them.

Absolute waste of time honestly

Attended training when it was over never heard back from them, was supposed to have guaranteed interviews for all who attended the WEEK training course but that never happened
