Helpful, good communication and easy to talk to.

Very vague regarding details of the job. I still don't know the place of work, hours and rates of pay. I have been informed by text that there is a vital email regarding the training course. However, I have received no such email and it's not in my spam folder. I have tried to contact Challenge-TRG, but no one is answering. I take a dim view of not being able to make contact regarding something important.

Worst agency ever, the five-star positive reviews fake.
I'm not surprised if they're writing it themselves I can't believe people would give this agency a five-star.

This is the worse agency I ever work with.
Every time when I did overtime they didn't payed the wright amount. Always have excuse why and pay following week.
Following week doing the same and keep going paying a wrong amount.
The payslip unrecognisable and the explanation not acceptable.
The office staff says different things so one sad you have 7.5 days holidays the other sad 5.5 days holidays but they actually payed just 3.5 days holiday. My noticepay they didn't payed and don't willing to.
The contact person is rude and arrogant.
They try to trick me up to asked me to sighn the resignation form if I want to have my P45. They use wrong tax code even when I complained for that and they got my HMRC letter soon as I got it I send it by email but they just keep ignore it.
This is not acceptable so I called ACAS and my solicitor to sort this out for me.
