Absolutely awful service.

We ordered a water feature (a new line of theirs) in May 2026. We were not advised of any delay in the item being delivered. Two days later, we were advised this would be delayed until mid July. We then did not hear anything by the end of July. I chased and was told this would now be mid August. I chased again at the end of August and was then told it would be mid September.

I then sent four emails over the course of three weeks requesting an update and none were replied to. I called the store and was told it was due with them the next day, and asked someone to call me to confirm it was with them. No call was received.

I called again and was then told it would be October, after which I requested a refund. This was given and I was advised the order would be refunded in seven days. I called ten days later as it hadn’t been refunded and the accounts team still hadn’t processed the refund.

I could not recommend them under any circumstances. They appear to be selling products they do not have in stock and have no idea when they will arrive. Numerous emails are ignored.

These are very expensive products and basic customer service is hugely lacking.

Dean made the delivery of my Charles and Ivy order, he didn't hesitate when i asked if he could take the delivery to rear of property for me.

I bought the Plume garden trellis (6mm, 120cm x 60cm, ) from Charles & Ivy and while it looks good aesthetically, I have real reservations about the manufacturing quality. The materials don't inspire much confidence in how well this will hold up over time — I'm concerned about long-term durability. For a total of £145.60 for just 2 including shipping and tax, I'd expect much sturdier construction. As it stands, I think this is overpriced for what you actually get. Wouldn't recommend at this price point unless the build quality improves.

After so many problems with the sizes, parts, and delivery delays, the letterbox has now broken within the first 5 months

Great products and the delivery driver (Mike D) was superb. Put the items carefully into our garage and made sure everything was intact. Very friendly and informative about all the other products available to us. Highly recommended.

The delivery from Mark was excellent, he also provided me with some very useful information on another product which I will install on some existing concrete posts, well done Mark👏👍

Ordered an indoor mirrored screen. Paid £30 postage. Took 5weeks to arrive. Wrapped only in clear film and damaged in multiple places. Customer Service set theirselves a window to respond. Took 5 working days to email back, requesting proof before any return label or refund would be considered. Now going into week two! Paid for this item nearly two months ago. Terrible Customer Service.

Anthony made the experience outstanding. Charles & Ivy offers a great product, and the engineer who conducted the site survey was polite and highly knowledgeable about both the product and its installation. The only issue was the long delivery time: I purchased the product in mid-June, but it did not arrive until late September. Although several installation videos were available, there were no location-specific instructions for setting up the materials. Anthony, the delivery driver, restored my confidence in the process. He called twice the day before delivery, arrived early, carefully unloaded everything, and thoroughly explained the installation details, making the process much easier to understand. I can’t thank Anthony enough.

Communication between order and delivery could have been better as it took longer than suggested with no updates. Wasnt a problem though as I wasnt in a hurry.

This review is about delivery. Once my order was ready , I was emailed dates and times and text messages were sent on timings on the day, plus I was phoned when Mark was an hour out. He recommended using the installation videos, which were partially helpful.

Very smart helpful gave me advice about the product.

Delivery man scratched my gate after needing to close it when tripping over the brick keeping it open to deliver the items. The need to leave a permanent mark and ruin my gate has overshadowed the experience. In future can the need to be unnecessary just be avoided.

Very easy to use website and ordering process. Product arrived as ordered within the agreed timescale. Go messaged 2 days before delivery with a time window, and again morning of delivery. When the driver was on his way I got the last. Driver Mike was very polite and friendly. Delivered the product to the requested location. Excellent service all round.

Delivered in the time window I was given and Daz helpfully went through the order and checked everything off.
