Loved the framed uploaded photographs but disappointed with the hanging hook. Difficult to position on wall and fell off. Need better hooks for picture hanging.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery with very secure packing. What i ordered is very nicely finished and the wording is exactly as I requested. Item is a birthday present for my husband and is the lyrics from our first dance at our wedding last year.

We ordered a picture board for a trip we took out West to 5 National Parks. Easy order process and shipped very quick. The frame did arrive damaged and I followed the process online and sent photos to show the damage. Chatterbox responded quickly and had a replacement sent immediately. Amazing customer service. The new one is perfect and a memory we’ll have forever. Would definitely use them again.
