I ordered two and loved them both. The software was so easy to use and they were delivered quickly. The packaging protected the contents. I loved the two different shapes I chose and the backgrounds. I’m really looking forward to giving these gifts 🎁👍

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a wall art from this scam company. I sent a very clear picture. What was sent to me was a fuzzy and shoddy framed art. I have sent numerous requests for customer service to assist. No one will respond. There is no phone number to get in touch with them. And no way to get any assistance though the website and/email. I do not recommend them.

My wife ordered a personalised picture (507x507mm) for her brothers' 60th. The picture arrived but the top left corner of the frame was damaged. Chatterbox were informed and they sent a new framed picture (brilliant service!) The replacement picture arrived today - and that also had a damaged corner. I have done my best to massage to corner so that the damage is less visible as its too late to once again inform Chatterbox.

The quality of the image, and product overall, is great. The frame seems to be delicate though, and so I do not understand why each corner of the frame is not better protected. Bubble wrap alone just isn’t sufficient.

It was easy for me to design my wall art which is good for someone who isnt tech savvy. Delivery was very quick.

I was just so impressed with this service. Once I figured out how to upload the photos it was really easy. I contacted customer service and received a quick reply. But the picture came super quick and beautifully framed. It’s a gift for a friend and I just can’t wait to give it so her. Brilliant all round thanks!
