Easy to use, has good support feature!

Setting up for receiving funds to my bank was straightforrward and quick, however, I had difficulty figuring out how to print a check...I could see the check details, it said the status was "unpaid", but I had no luck figuring out why I could not print it. Well, it turned out that my email address used for the payor company was wrong, so the email notification that allows you to use the print feature was not received. I contacted the payor company and icheckbook.io using their Support feature (I believe it was way at the bottom of the page) and got quick results!

Prompt customer service

I had some challenges with connecting direct deposit due to a name and email change, but the team connected with me very quickly and was able to guide me on how to resolve the issue promptly.

Terrible Customer Support - USE A DIFFERENT PLATFORM!!!

I almost never take the time to write reviews, but my experience with this company has been so poor that I feel compelled as a small business owner to warn those who are considering the platform. They don't actually have a customer support solution - instead they will spin you around dozens of reps that never actually do anything to provide the help you need to use the platform. This is very concerning given the sensitive information that is shared. I'm going on 4+ weeks of still not getting anything from them...if you need a payments provider, please save yourself a never ending headache and use a different platform.

Find a different platform!!

I know a few people that use checkbook for their business needs. I thought they were a good company so I have referred a couple of businesses lately. Never again!! Nothing but trouble! It was bad enough that the verification process took so long, but even once it was set up, and the first batch of payments were sent out, Checkbook decided to place holds on all of the payments, requesting additional documentation from the businesses owners. Even after all necessary documentation has been sent, weeks later, all payments are still pending and the businesses can’t access their accounts in order to cancel payments in order to reissue.
As soon as I’m finished with my startup, I definitely will not use Checkbook after seeing what they’re doing to my friends.

Terrible Experience Account Still Not Reactivated

I’ve been left stuck for almost 2–3 weeks now. They still haven’t reactivated my account. Every single document they asked for was provided the same day, yet there’s been no real progress or resolution. Their customer service is beyond terrible extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. All I get are vague replies saying ‘still under review’ with no clear answers or updates. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they took the balance of my virtual Visa card ($350) and will not refund it, they must only have one customer service person somewhere in the world, her job is to string you along until you give up.

why does it take so long to get my account reenabled? The day when i sent a payment for 500.00 to someone who i have a contract with... im thinking everything is fine well its not.. after i sent the 500.00 my account was suspended. talkng aqbout checkbook protection then told me send my id and a picture of me holding my id and my account not even back up and running... then i got ask for my business website after i told rose i have a ein i have a business like what is this for? first was my id and me holding it, refusal of my ein and my article of incorpation and only asking for a webiste??????????? doesnt make sense... i emailedback my ss4 and my sos ca.goc business documentatuion now im still waiting for my account to be back up and running... this is so wrong! i dont recommend this company...

so its been approximately over 1 month…

so its been approximately over 1 month and my account is not active even after verifying im a i legitmate business and have to pay vendors. I submitted all request documentation even show my business is state registered, ein, unsure why they needed my selfie and a id just as long no fraud occurs because thats highly senstiive information and whats messed up is i paid one vendor before i got suspended for valid reason. this is unacceptable.

This company must be a scam because I’m…

This company must be a scam because I’m suppose to be paid by a company I was hired and after I accepted the payment these scamming company ended up suspending me and telling me to send my selfie and ID and my bank statement that shows my account and routing number!!!! like wtf PayPal doesn’t even do that!!!! IM OUT OF 500 I’m owed and this company holding my money without valid reason this is a serious violation of my hard earn funds!!! Then when I asked to tell me why my account is suspended why needed my funds because I’m the receiver of my money. I got told they can’t provide when they suppose to under FTC act and potential privacy and data protection violation by requesting my personal information which I provided already and my funds suppose to been deposited since Aug 14 it’s September I never got my money this is crazy I had to close my discover bank account because me providing my bank information to get paid and then suspended on the same day I’m suppose to get my money deposited is sickening!!!! Will be suing because this is a serious violation and I’m glad I see so many experiencing that what I went through !!!

No real company will ask for that like they can easily steal my identity and do whatever with it this is wrong!!

Do not use at all cost. Horrendous support team that will talk to you like you're stupid. Fraudulent like behavior. Repeatedly funds will be held way longer than they should be held for. How is it responsible for funds to be stuck in progress for over a month?
