I had friends that received some money…

I had friends that received some money from a petition through the email, I looked and had no such email so I went to the checkbook website and logged into my account and there were 3 checks that were not sent, I got a hold of support and within an hour all three checks were in my email, Thanks to Hannah she got me what I was after

Had my account suspended for no reason

Had my account suspended for no reason. The requested information to enable my account was too intrusive for my comfort is this time of scams. All I want is my 2 $100 checks from the Elon Musk PAC. I don’t understand why they won’t just mail me the checks. This is my first experience with checkbook.io, and will definitely be my last.

I had several checks coming and hadn't…

I had several checks coming and hadn't gotten any kind of notifications. My wife and son said they had each gotten their notification so I emailed support. Giovanni is the person assigned to my claim. I figured it would take weeks to get a response. I sent the email on a Friday and got a response the following Monday. I don't know what he did but by the time I was done reading his email I had 3 new emails notifying me to select the payment option. That's fast. I'm looking forward to getting the rest any time now. I'm very satisfied.

We have received your ticket on 4/22/25 inquiring us about 2 payments that were issued to you on 4/22/25. The sender offered 2 deposit options for both of these payments: Print and Deposit, or Online Deposit. You have selected Online Deposit in both cases.

Online Deposits take 5 BUSINESS DAYS. The payments started processing on 4/23/25, which was a Wednesday. Both payments were deposited to your bank account on 4/28/25, and have been credited by your bank on 4/29/25, exactly as it was expected. Depending on your financial institute, the funds could be visible today or tomorrow. This date was also displayed to you when you filled out your bank account information as per the screenshot you have sent to our support team.

If you wish to have a faster deposit option, please select Print and Deposit in your future payments and deposit the printed check at your earliest convenience.

Let us know if you have any other questions on how Online Deposits work and their timing.

I've had several vendors needing assistance with payments due to errors on their part. Checkbook.io has been very responsive and very quick in resolving the issues both for the payee and the payor.

Find something more efficient

I'd go into detail however simply put, use another transacting system. I still haven't received payment and my bank doesn't have anything pending. You're better off sending crypto. I'm curious to see if I get a response to this quicker than the support online seeing as the phones are never answered. I have the phone records and emails to prove it. If by some miracle I receive payment today or in the next few days I'll update this post to payment received and give credit to this company but as of current, no check has been deposited.

I see that you are waiting for a payment. We do have this payment in our system and it is currently on hold by our processing bank as they need additional information. We have already contacted the sender for more information who should have reached out to you yesterday. Once we receive information from the sender, our processing bank will be able to release the payment.

Horrible setup. Do not waste your time with them !

Would dare not recommend to any serious business. I think the website is run by people doing a part time job. It takes weeks to get anything resolved if it would ever be resolved. I found this a cheap way to send invoices but i've never even been able to send any invoices as the only payment for less then $5 i sent once counted as all my monthly limit. Its such a bad experience with these guys.

The fact that they only reply once a day if they ever reply to your request is the most horrible experience any one should face with a business.

Note that its been 5 days and they have still not replied to fix the complaint.
