The people who helped us were wonderful. They stayed in touch always. They told us what to expect and when. The whole process from beginning to end was less than a month for us. If we ever need to refi or buy another house. We will use cheerlending.

I am so happy that I found out about CheerLending to help me with my refinance for my home.

My experience with Cheer Lending was THE most easiest re-fi I've ever done! Starting with Adam and going to Will Palirich and Marina. They were all so very friendly, patient and helpful. From start to finish, it took 3 weeks. I've never had a loan go SO fast and smoothly before! I would recommend Cheer Lending to any and everyone!

We recently contacted CheerLending to obtain information on a home refinancing loan and were very impressed with the expert help of the mortgage loan officer and senior loan coordinator. We were provided all the details to make an informed decision and to submit the necessary documents that were needed. We were approved for this loan within four weeks and grateful that as seniors, the process was essentially stress free.

Best business experience ever. Adam, Caprice, & Will, very professional. A real dream team in my book.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Cheerlending. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get a refinance. We have done a few and learned it can be stressful and overwhelming. Like jumping through hoops. Not this time. I first worked with Claudia Lara then Caprice Giddens. They are very pleasant and nice. I appreciated how they listened carefully to our concerns and responded with the appropriate action. Caprice kept us apprised of the loan process weekly and inquired of us regarding our own concerns. It went smooth, was very doable and less stressful. John and Robin

Cheerleading Is One Of Best Company's that I've had to work with and never had any problems with. They have always been very helpful when I needed help and very nice and pleasant. This was the second time I did a refinance with them and all went very smooth and easy with no hassles or problems. Keep up the great work you and Nate & Caprice have done us. Thanks Steve & Ashlie Dow

I was very pleased with my experience with Cheer Lending! Judge and Aaron were very helpful during the whole process and I couldn't have asked for a higher level of open communication. That was very important to me. I would highly recommend Cheer Lending to anyone who is considering a refinance.

Very professional. I never had to wonder how the loan was going. I was kept informed weekly. Guided me through the process. Assured me they were available as needed.

We recently worked with CheerLending to refinance our house and worked specifically with Judge & Justin. They both made sure we understood the steps that needed to be taken and they were quickly able to assist with any questions we had throughout the process. Thank you for making it easy! -Caitlin & Brian

We had a positive experience with both agents we dealt with. Both Dallin Wright and Justin Hardaway were friendly and professional, they answered every question we had.

Had two structurally complex refis and Judge and Patrick did a great job shepherding them through. It was a pleasure working with them.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I gave them a call. The rate I got was awesome!!! It was so pleasant to work w/Judge and Caprise……they made everything so easy. We got a wonderful rate, paid off debits, got extras for a rainy day and closed in 2 wks time. I call them my dynamic dual at refinancing. Thx again for making it so easy and straightforward. Definitely will call Judge and Caprise again.

The team that I worked with was great Nate Lightner and Yasmin Henson. They made sure to keep me informed and communication was great. I would refer them to anyone. Thanks!!!!!

We worked with Nate and Marina on our refinance. I have worked in real estate and also in sales for a builder/developer so there's some experience there. I highly recommend Cheer Lending as both Nate and Marina were friendly, polite, patient, diligent and extremely knowledgeable. They maintained contact with us throughout the process and were always available. They followed up after the loan closing and made it clear that they are always willing to assist us with any questions in the future. These are the the kind of employees I would want on my team. Great job guys!
