CheerLending went beyond 5 stars.

I first saw their advertisement on Station ABC so I called the number advertised. I was very skeptical at first when I spoke with Judge Hammond but he assured me the station does a through process to have them be on their advertisements. Once we began the process it’s been a great experience. Their team was very helpful and had such great communication. I received calls every week keeping me updated along the way and we also, closed within 30 days. Thank you to Judge and Aaron I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Cheerlending! You made me a believer. Donna Gutierrez

This review is for a refi that went very well. It was done quick and professionally. Very good service from Nate and Patrick.

It has been a painless experience working with Cheerlending. The process was quick and almost effortless. They kept me in the loop and always explained what was next in the process at the end of phone calls. They were very accommodating and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refinance or buy a home.

My experience with CheerLending was one of the best I’ve had. I was blessed to have Claudia and Caprise to work with me. Both were very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I would definitely recommend CheerLending.

great to work with alway in touch with you

Fast and very friendly! Easy process. Judge and Justin were knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Cheerlending to anyone that wants a flawless transaction with a refi!

We refinanced using Cheerlending with Judge Hammond late last year, and he did a phenomenal job with answering all of our questions, communicating all expectations and timelines, and just being overall a very professional and courteous representative. After our transaction he let us know that he would keep an eye out for any better refinance rates in the future for us. A few weeks ago, he contacted us again to let us know it was a strong time for us to refinance again at an even better rate, and because my husband and I remembered him fondly, we went for it. So glad we did, he again worked with Patrick the numbers guy and the Cheerlending team to get us an even better rate and we were signed and closed within 10 days. Awesome company, highly recommend working with Judge and also Patrick for refinancing needs!!!

Working with the Cheerlending team especially Nate and Caprice was nothing short of an amazing experience. My wife and I were a little concerned at first, as like everyone else we were dealing with our home and had several unknowns in refinancing. Caprice was very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She kept us completely informed throughout the entire process and was more than happy to thoroughly answer any question we had. We have already referred some of our friends to Cheerlending and were advised they received the same quality service we did. Thank you Nate, Caprice and everyone at Cheerlending, we are truly grateful !!!

The BALENTINES

I would like to commend Judge Hammond and Patrick Grimm from Cheer Lending. Our loan process from start to finish was painless and fast. We have never worked with a lender that will speak with you at least twice a week, made appointments for you to stay in the know and if there was a process that was not happening fast enough they would surely let you know. We have worked with other Lenders in the pass and the process seem to take forever and to tell the truth we had just refinance our loan in April 2021 and Cheer Lending offer ed a better rate and plus paid off a big debt that we wanted to get rid of. I have recommend Cheer Lending to my neighbor. Judge & Patrick you are the best and Gary said to give you both HIGH FIVE for a great job.

Working with Nat L; was a great experience. Nate made the loan process easy. He answered all my question and never pushed me to a loan option that I don't like. As a person with Finance background, I asked the hard questions and he was willing to answering my questions without attitude of superiority. Always open to say "I can call tomorrow if you want to think about it". Thanks Nate; keep the good work

The Cheerlending team is awesome...they gave us a grand slam hit with our loan! Nate Lightner is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He and Patrick put our loan together in record time. We will never deal directly with a bank again! Thanks Cheerlending

Cheer Leander are very clear and explain everything we question them. WILL Pomerich help us and Caprise Giddens. They are a perfect team, thank you guys for all the help.

The refi is complete. A little rocky in spots but both Judge & Aaron stayed in touch with me and made the process seem less complicated for me. Glad it's over and would recommend them both for friends looking for help with a refi..

Great Real Estate group !!!!

I am 84 and did not think I could ever refinance my home on my own. An ad on television stated no appraisal. That was the immediate attraction for me, as it’s a bit of an inconvenience and know my house is great. I called and I was immediately impressed with Judge Hammond, a professional and personable gentleman. I faxed all necessary documents, was assisted by efficient and also personable Patrick Grimm and presto! I couldn’t believe how quickly all was accomplished and with a lower interest rate. So I never say never. as this accomplished refi is one testimonial that nothing is impossible. I am blessed and grateful. Thank you Judge Hammond and Patrick Grimm.

Will and Patrick is just simply amazing!! They work hand and hand to help
Us with our refinance and find us the best option we could possibly have by simply consolidating our debts into
One and lock us with a great lower interest for 30 year fixed. They have such a great costumer service. We had such an amazing experience with them, they made everything so easy and smooth. They will walk you through all the process and touch base with you in a timely manner. Super friendly and very professional. If you are looking to refinance look no further, I promise you won’t regret it. We cannot thank Will
And Patrick enough for their help!!
