Extremely helpful company from the get go. Understood our removal needs and the quotation was very clear and reasonable. Removal day made as stress free as possible by friendly and hard working staff who did an excellent job for us. No hesitation in recommending.

Used them twice now and all good. Good value, hard working and everything in one piece !

What a breath of fresh air! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We needed a large photocopier moving from one place to another - 2 hour job.

Date confirmed - picked up bang on time - very communicative from first contact to dropping the machine off.

This company was great, including making the arrangements. The removal guys were courteous and efficient, they loaded and unloaded in very little time and put furniture together very quickly as well.

The company helped me with a difficult move and were extremely helpful despite the miss communication from my end. I got so busy with the packing that I forgot to tell them that I had alot more boxes than initially mentioned in the form. I should have taken a video or something. On the day of the move the boiler broke down so there were multiple plumbers in the new bathroom. The wardrobe delivery had to get rescheduled on the day of the move too which also did not help. Despise all of this, they did an amazing job and would 100% book this company again and will ensure to include photos or videos next time I need a quote. Thanks for all the help!

What a great find. Out of all the quotes received, The Little Removals Company was by far the most beneficial for my needs. Their communication was exceptional. So 5 stars for customer service. The men came as planned on the day. Did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

Terrific removal company. Three really helpful Gentlemen came to move us into our new house. They were efficient, friendly and very considerate of the rainy day by putting down blankets, removing shoes and being as tidy as possible. Highly recommended.

Very competitive prices and a good service all round

Outstanding from start to finish. Office very helpful, informative and efficient before hand. Lads on the day brilliant. Worked very well as a team and ensured everything went as well as possible at both ends of the move. We would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

Do not use them!

Their response shows that they don't really care if they get the business or not, and are unwilling to help to even complete a form that is very vague, not enough options to complete everything you have.

Their contract is very complicated and if you attempt a chargeback they say it is treated as a loan with 10% monthly not yearly + a fee of 50. If your card fails, they charge a 10% fee as well + 200.

READ THERE TERMS, They placed a reservation request I made outside office hours but i also cancelled the email same night. I nthe morning They would not let me cancel (7 days before move) I was talked over the whole phone call so i refused there service they charged me £1000! I've since found a 'normal' firm that take refundable deposits and allow date changes at no expense.

Can’t really fault them. The removal guys were superb. Friendly, highly competent, I totally trusted that my furniture was well handled and looked after - would recommend.
The admin side was also good, one small thing was that the quote and the bill didn’t match. I’d read on the website that Saturday’s were more expensive, but the quote wasn’t updated to reflect that I’d asked for a Saturday. Just a minor niggle that the bill I received was more and hadn’t been discussed/ quoted. Either way, the price was reasonable and I was happy. I’d use them again.
