The Little Removals Company Avis 

I must say, I have moved 16 times, 3 times internationally and have never received such horrific support from a removal company.
***The team doing the work on the day is great. They are the reason for the 2 stars (and deserve more). Otherwise, the rating would have been lower***
The admin team is awful, to say the least. They are rude, unwilling to help and twist facts to support their argument. Extra charges, in addition to what their terms outline. Shouting when questioned.
I would NEVER use them, even I was paid to so so.

Huge thank you to my moving team. They were all, admin and removals team, great, very supportive, helpful, efficient and patient when we had to wait for keys on arrival in Hampshire. Would highly recommend this company.

The 4 guys who packed and moved us over 2 days were amazing and worked tirelessly.
The cost came out a bit over the estimate we were given because it took longer than expected but it was definitely worth the extra.

I used the company to move my belongings from a storage unit in Gloucester to my new flat in Harrow. Sam and Toby were amazing; friendly, professional, efficient, took the extra care necessary with a couple antiques, and even put my divan bed together which I'd had delivered, but hadn't realised I'd not paid for assembly. They put it together in about 5 mins! Thanks guys!

DO NOT USE - POOR SERVICE
This company provided the worst customer service and removal service. They were late, slow, disorganised and rude. The job was not fully completed and all furniture was left dismantled. We have found damaged items and missing items due to the disorganisation of how things were packed into the van.
The company then avoids answering the phone to help and quotes contracts to place blame on the customer.
We will not be recommending them.

I found LRC really good for my recent move. Communication from the office was clear and quick, and the quote was pretty competitive.

The team that did the removal on the day were great. They worked hard and fast, clearing out a two bedroom, third floor flat with no lift in little over an hour. At the other end it was the same story. They just got on with it. I was really impressed. Nothing got broken.

LRC helped make a stressful experience way easier and I'd definitely use them again.

The Little Removals Company was fantastic from start to finish. The ladies in the office were really helpful and the guys that helped us move on the day made the whole process smooth and direct. They really took the stress out of moving house. Would 100% recommend them as they are affordable and efficient.

We did an online quote and TLRC came out the cheapest. I wish I had read some of the other reviews first. The first load took over 3 hours to pack a Luton van with 3 people!! When it arrived my wife and family unpacked most things to speed them up. Even the storage company said they were very slow and lacked any urgency. The quote we got was nowhere near the final cost and we were charged an extra £340 over the top end of the quote. We duly complained and all we have back is a long email quoting terms and conditions and incorrect travel time etc. I would not use again under any circumstances and would rather do it myself. It took me and one other to move the entire contents to storage in under 8 hours yet took three of them over 10 hours. AVOID!!!

Didn’t finish till 11.30pm

Only saving grace were the chaps who did the move

I cannot praise these guys enough. They arrived when they said, worked hard and fast and the only time they even stopped was when changing over to one of the other vans we ordered and when I insisted they stop for a drink. They were polite, funny, friendly and this was despite the new property having a tricky access they did it all in the time quoted. Given how much we moved and getting it all done on the day this company was a godsend and I will recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

Great friendly professional service. They were very patient, helpful and jolly chaps. Much appreciated as it was a very emotional move. Will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

The company was helpful and professional in the run up to the move.
On the day the movers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently on both sides.
Nothing appears to be broken and everything ended up in the correct rooms.

We would definately recommend to others.. Karolina and the team looked after us until removals day and was very accommodating when our completion date changed. The removal team of five turned up bright and cheery on time with lots of banter between them and couldnt have been more helpful. They were so efficient and loaded our belongings with care..they were done in a couple of hours. When we arrived at the house with the key they had arranged all the garden furniture ready for us ..it wasnt just put in a pile on the patio..so impressed with them. Great service from the office team. The removal guys on the day worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble. They took care how they packed and unpacked the van, so all went to plan. Overall I was very impressed with everything, it made a stressful day so much easier!

4 movers in 2 vans completed my move speedily without any issues, well below the quoted time. They were polite and upbeat

If there was an option for no star I would have chosen it.
