I have used Cheshire removals previously and they were my first choice when again moving house.
These guys are so respectful, helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough

Our experience with Cheshire removals was overall very good. The only difficulty was that the estimator had completely underestimated the size of the lorry(s) needed which caused stress to everyone. Also, items that we had said were to be noted as very fragile or valuable he had not made a record of. This was of concern to us on the moving days. Our delivery of items therefore occurred in 2 batches, separated by a week which was inconvenient.
The team that actually did the packing and unpacking on both occasions were fantastic! Not a thing was broken or even damaged. We have so much glassware that this was a real feat! The boxes were helpfully labelled and were delivered into the bedrooms, lounge, kitchen etc in the new home so we have not had to hunt for items. Garden items, which came in the second part of the delivery, were placed exactly where we asked, even though some of them were very heavy.
Overall, due to the immense skill and care of the packing and delivery team we would recommend Cheshire Removals. Oh, and they were competitively priced too :)

We booked Cheshire Removals last minute which we were incredibly grateful of. The team that came out for the removal were friendly and courteous. However the office staff quickly change on the phone from being kind and helpful when booking to bordering on harassing on the day of the move. Due to our last minute booking we were unable to pay for late key waiver (absolutely fair) but be warned once it goes past 12/12.30pm, the office will phone you every half hour or so to chase whether you have the keys. As if you would be sat with the keys and not taking them to the property?! I understand that the key is needed by a set time so that the team can get back to depot but there is a balance that could be better achieved.
We have a few items damaged which again is to be expected to some extent. However, be warned, if you pack boxes yourself they will then use this as a reason to avoid paying any compensation for other furniture, supposedly, due to its effect on how the lorry can be packed. It has taken a month to get anything for damaged chairs and a completely broken toaster (which was in its original packaging).
Again, lovely friendly team of removers but handling of post move issues by management is poor.

Received estimate and confirmation of date within an hour of requesting. Easy booking process. Answered phone calls immediately and the staff on the telephone were efficient and very friendly. Used the packing service. The guys came the day before and were incredibly efficient. The whole move process was stress-free. Likewise the guys who unpacked were equally as helpful, friendly and polite. No damages. Can't recommend enough.

Cheshire removals have really good staff. Tried to accommodate us with everything we asked. Moving a 3 storey house to a 2 storey one was no easy job.
Everytime I turned around someone else had arrived to help pack/move. Sometimes bit overwhelming. Would definitely use them again. The guys on the day were efficient and good humoured. Dave and the crew were grt

We are in our mid and late 70's and had been very worried about the move. as soon as our team of four young men arrived they put us at ease. They were professional, curteous, considerate and cheerful. There was no stopping every five minutes for a brew, they just got on with the job which wasn't easy as we lived in a first floor apartment and we had some big items of furniture. Things where just as efficient when off loading our furniture. We would highly recommend Cheshire Removals to do your move.
