I ordered a Super King Divan bed with floor to ceiling headboard panels in various custom widths. Delivery was within 2 weeks from order and the finished bed looks amazing.
Friendly people to deal with and they supply great products at a reasonable price. I’ve already ordered more fabric samples for another show-stopping bed for the guest room.

Do not buy a bed off this company!
Had to get my money back off my credit card by making a claim. This was after constant promises of different delivery dates and staying in for 6 months. Unprofessional man answered the BT answer phone service back to you and says he sort a delivery and nothing happens.
DO NOT BUY!

Where to even begin with this company, what a shambles!

I ordered a bed for my daughter's bedroom and after hearing nothing from them for weeks I found a phone number to WhatsApp them. I would like to point out that at no point did I ever receive an email from this company, something I find very strange. We communicated via WhatsApp only and they told me that my bed would be with me 'hopefully' tomorrow. Tomorrow arrived and my bid didn't, but they didn't communicate this with me at all. I chased and was then told that 'all being well' it should be with me on Friday. I explained that I couldn't work with such vague timelines as I had work, but they were unable to commit. The messages were unprofessional and short and not what I would expect from a big company. After weeks, the bed finally arrived, at 11 pm at night. I waited in and up all day for the bed and I chased and chased via WhatsApp. 11 pm is a disgusting time to deliver anything, especially when you have young children in the house. Anyway, they delivered and left and then we noticed that the headboard didn't match the base, they were completely different. I sent another message and it transpired that our correct base had been delivered to somebody else so we had to wait in again on another day for them to collect our base from the other customer and bring it to ours. The bed is now up and the quality is poor. It is cheap, flimsy and badly made. You can see all of the staples where the material has been attached. I don't want anybody else to fall foul to this company, please go elsewhere for your furniture. Awful, just awful!

The quality of the headboard is very good and the installation was done very quickly

They kept me informed at every stage, and their communication was excellent—they responded promptly to all of my queries. The quality of the headboard is outstanding, and they made the process seamless by providing hassle-free delivery and installation. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend them!

Great ottoman divan base at a great price. Nothing too much trouble. Ordered fabric swatches and then selected fabric and colour -lots of options. Ottoman storage is two separate contained sections which is rare these days. Would not hesitate to purchase from in the future. Kept us up to date with delivery throughout.

The worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

Originally told delivery would be in two to three weeks, and ended up being over six weeks by me accepting an alternative product which was cheaper than my originally ordered one(no refund). One delivery turned up and I had to reject it as boxes had been opened and it was not the colour I had ordered and mismatched parts. So many messages telling me somebody was going to call me and didn't, deliveries turning up on different days and times compared to what I was advised.
You don't expect such poor service in this day and age. Luckily I had ordered on a credit card so was on the verge of doing a charge back but finally received delivery of an alternative item.
If you order make sure to use a credit card and expect to be chasing them.

Chic concept is a good bespoke furniture company. Price is fair and the staff is responsive and helpful and most important is time waiting and installation just within 2 weeks time. I’ll recommend to friends.
