Fantastic support from beginning to end ! Quick quote and bespoke design. They made it to a tight deadline and even though there was a slight Issue due to an uneven bedroom wall the panels were collected and returned back to us within a matter of days . Also the quality of products supersede the price tag. We are so happy with everything

The customer service I received was truly outstanding. I spoke with 2 staff, and they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address my specific needs. They listened carefully, provided clear and helpful information, gave me several options. They created a bespoke headboard within a matter of days and delivered promptly and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure interacting with them, and I'm very grateful for the high-quality service. This companies’ exceptional customer experiences really stand out.

Do not buy off this company !!They tell lies been waiting for 3 months for a bed that was meant to be 7/14 days as stated when I purchased it on 23rd march !!still no idea when it’s coming , they don’t have any customer service skills to keep updated you have to ring them and they make excuses all the time saying it’s on its way , they are shipping it with DHL because container is delayed , then it’s using diff delivery company but never give you shipping number and now waiting for for refund for 5 days still not come absolute joke of a company ! Don’t how they are still trading

After extensive research into ottoman beds, I called up Chic Concept and bought a brilliant bed and mattress. Not only were they very competitive in terms of their pricing, they also offered a wide range of good quality fabric choices for the bed base / headboard.

With the birth of my baby due immediately, I called up and spoke to Hussain and asked if there was any way possible at all to have the bed made and delivered within a very tight deadline. Most high street retailers and big named companies had 30-60 day lead times which simply weren’t going to work. Hussain and his team got onto it right away and from the moment we settled on the fabric and delivered it within days.

Beds now been fully assembled for my daughter and I had the pleasure of sleeping on it a couple times and can say first hand that I slept like a baby. My 4-year daughter also loves her new bed

Order was an easy process and delivered on time with no issues. It is reassuring that you can speak with someone over the phone to confirm the details of the order, and any made to measure specs. Our Super king size bed is fantastic, super comfortable and easy to assemble. Really good quality!! I certainly recommend Chic concept.

Good discount for damaged item.

Bed was ordered 20/02/24. They delivered quickly 23/03/24 after informing me in the morning the bed was damaged and an upgrade will be arriving that afternoon. We had no carpet down but took delivery as they told us it could be 3 months til new 1 arrives in stock or have a refund. We accepted the bed that afternoon but could not open it til 5th March when carpets were fitted in the room. We found there were a lot of missing parts, no instructions or fitting kit. The wrong colour for 2 parts as well. I rang them as soon as the faults were found and the man said he would sort it within 48hrs. I gave them messages and phone calls and they had chances to get the parts to me on 12th and 14th of March but never happened. On the 15th March I asked for refund and collection of the bed. The seller picked up the bed on the 19th March and a refund issued today 21st March

Chic Concept are very polite and have admitted they did not get this right by not checking the item before sending. With luck they are learning lessons from this so no other dissapointments happen for customers

Amazing bed, very unique with a classy design, I haven’t seen this type of headboard with the same quality at any High Street retailer. The mattress was firm but super Comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud and definitely exceeded my expectations.

I ordered an ottoman. It took a couple of weeks to come. But when I asked for an update it was prompt . Unfortunately the carrier had a few issues with their system for delivery but the team at Chic Concept kept me up to date regularly. I love the ottoman and I chose Sky blue fabric which is duck egg blue and fits perfectly with the room.

Great service from start to finish, Harry was extremely helpful in our purchase of a headboard, and very happy with the finishing product, will definitely buy from them again.

Very Mixed Average Review

Bed Frame is good - however the drawers are poorly made.

Mattress is comfy - however the wrong one was sent but we had no choice but to use as we have been without a bed.

Communication is ok, managed to get a better price after speaking to someone via WhatsApp which was good - however they were very quick to respond when they wanted sale but not so much thereafter so have had to chase a few times.

We never had any tracking update or any delivery date confirmation only via messages on WhatsApp when we chased was we updated.

We were promised all week it would be delivered on the Saturday 10/02/2024 however after chasing to get a ETA was told it wasn't all ready so rescheduled for 12/02/2024 (do believe we may not of been told this if we hadn't of chased)

12/02/2024 came and very vague ETA (after 3pm) - however it did arrive but with only one delivery driver after been promised a 2 man delivery and assembly!!

Not quite sure how they thought they were going to lift a rather heavy Superking bed frame and mattress with only one delivery person (my partner had no choice but to come home from work) but they shouldn't assume everyone has the ability to lift such heavy things!

Delivery driver was friendly but was quick to leave as said was been told to get back.

Noticed mattress was wrong so we are waiting for response, however can't fault the one they have sent just wondering why it wasn't our original one, awaiting a response.

Overall AVERAGE review.

I can only say it was all positive for us, we had to change the date for our delivery as we were abroad this was no problem and delivered as promised we had great contact all the way through and very polite. Plus and this is the main point, the headboard exceeded our expectations very pleased

Ordered a mattress for my mum from Chic Concept as the best price and great reviews. Asked if it would be delivered for new year as we have family staying, and was told it would be. Harry from Chic and their delivery team went out of their way to make sure delivered and kept in touch about delivery. Harry was lovely to speak to on the phone, and my mum said the two gentlemen who delivered her mattress were lovely too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic service, I recently bought two items on two separate occasions, a bespoke headboard and a matching ottoman. Harry was amazing, kept in touch with regular updates and when the couriers let them down he went above and beyond to sort the problem. Nothing is too much trouble, he even gave updates out of hours. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Worst experience and service ever! Ordered a kids car bed for my sons birthday weeks before 10th Dec. Got told it would be delivered during the week from 4th Dec. Nothing arrived and the  got told it would definitely be 9th December. Nothing arrived. When i spoke to  this incompetent guy on the 13th December there was no appreciation of what distress this had caused or the countless meaningless  assurances. "Bro this, bro that".. im not yours bro! Then it was "well that's last week its in the past so let's forget it!". The icing on the cake was he assured me it would be delivered and assembled on Wed 13th Dec. Guys delivered it but said they can't assemble. Called the incompetent guy again for him to say he couldn't remember anything and no assembly....ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND INCOMPETENT......NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Absolute shambles from beginning to eventual end when I insisted upon a full refund, extremely poor communication ie unless you contacted them you heard absolutely nothing, was "supposedly" a 7 - 14 day delivery had eventual confirmation would arrive today I asked for a time slot as had have to take time off for delivery and only then was telephoned for first time to tell me delivery was now not taking place after all! Shocking excuse for a company and Shocking excuse for any way a company should be run, customer service is appalling so little wonder this company trades under a different name, if you wish to be messed around have to chase them constantly eventually get a delivery date out of them then to be informed guess what not delivering after all then order from them if not order from a very different company!!!!@
