I live in a property with listed status & needed secondary glazing. I rang City Sound several times during the decision making process and was very impressed with their knowledge patience and lack of sales pressure. They are clearly very experienced with my type of property. The secondary glazing exactly matches the unusual colour of the building making them invisible in situ, The installation was speedy, efficient and very professionally done. They are easy to use, and most of all make a vast difference to the temperature and heat loss inside my property, allowing me to reduce all my thermostats.

We bought secondary glazing for behind old crittall windows from City Sound in Spring last year. They make the old windows look very much smarter from both inside and out.
Our utility bill is 10-15% lower when accounting for changes in prices and warmer/colder winter, but above all the house is cosier.
We live in a quiet neighbourhood, but the effect on sound is clear.
The fitting was speedy and where changes were made there was no problem to do so. We had a problem with a broken rod one year later and it was fixed without any issue under the guarantee.
