City Sound Secondary Glazing Avis

This is the second time we have used City Sound. All the staff (admin, sales and site workers) were helpful, friendly and polite, and they were prompt in their replies to our questions.

Jaime at City of Sound was consistently reliable, clear and concise in his communication. The installers were friendly, efficient and took evident pride in their work. The windows themselves are aesthetically pleasing and have made a significant impact to the volume of outside noise and our quality of life. I'd happily recommend City Sound to others looks for residential secondary glazing.

The team at City Sound Glazing from sales to survey and fitting were very helpful and efficient. They delivered on time and completed the fitting in one day. The new windows are a huge improvement and finished to a high standard.

Excellent advice and service sound proofing Road-facing windows following a poor double glazing experience with another company. City sound knew their stuff, did not overpromise, and we are delighted with the result.

We selected City Sound Glazing to install secondary glazing throughout an office in a conservation area in Central London. They did an excellent job from quote to installation. The window fitters were quick, courteous and tidy. The end result is fantastic, looks smart and clean, has significantly reduced external noise and eliminated draughts. We would highly recommend this firm for anyone looking for similar solutions.

I don't normally leave reviews but i was so pleased with city sound that im breaking that habit. They're great to deal with and the two installers worked quickly and to high standard. The end result was fantastic noise reduction in my London flat (on main road) , and looks good as well.

I was recommended by a neighbour who had their secondary glazing installed. I found their service to be excellent. The installation team were considerate , friendly and highly professional. Left the apartment in cleaner state than when they started! highly recommended and cost competitive. Well done City Sound and thank you once again

City Sounds are incredible.
From the first contact I made with them, Jaime was so professional and did my quote quickly.
The difference these windows have made to the reduction of noise is amazing. We live on a main road and I am absolutely delighted with the result. The actual windows are really pretty and not ugly like some secondary glazing I’ve seen. They are also so easy to open and glide beautifully.

Very punctual. Very tidy and very happy with the result. True professionals

I contacted two secondary glazing companies and City Sound not only came in with a better quote but with a longer guarantee. They were very communicative throughout and allowed me to pay in installments which I really appreciated. The installation team was very efficient, did a great job and I am very satisfied with the product, result and overall service.

Punctual, polite, productive.....and they clean up properly afterward!

Excellent product, reliable team and great straightforward communication throughout. For noise reduction, I had secondary glazing fitted in the bedroom as our flat is located next to a major road in London (four-lane traffic, frequent emergency vehicle sirens, and loud motorbikes). The results are seriously impressive, including better sleep. Additional upsides are that the secondary glazing looks really good, and the room now has a good even temperature. Our neighbours had highly recommended City Sound to us and I highly recommend them too, and we all found the people at CS a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

The one downfall to our pretty West Kensington flat is the proximity to a very busy road. The frequent sounds of loud sirens and motorcycles was putting us off. We decided to call City Sound about secondary glazing for the windows. Booking an appointment for information and a quote was quick and easy. The representative was knowledgeable and professional.

It has now been a week since the secondary glazing was installed in the flat. We are very happy with the results! They look beautiful (you hardly even notice them), and they are so effective at reducing the noise. It is truly amazing! The dull roar of traffic has disappeared and the sharp whine of the sirens has reduced significantly! We just wish we had installed them years ago!

Thank you, City Sound.

Our flat is surrounded by numerous pubs and restaurants, with their extractor fans producing an ungodly amount of noise, including the low frequencies, which are the worst to block. The initial visit by Llewellen of City Sound, followed by the installation of their thickest secondary glazing was flawless and looks great. Unfortunately, it didn't make a desirable effect of blocking the low frequency sound, as the ceiling (we live on the top floor) was the next weakest spot in the bedroom. After we installed an independent ceiling, the obvious benefit of the City Sound's secondary glazing became apparent straight away, and improved our quality of life immensely. We are very grateful for the City Sound team's professionalism and care, and would highly recommend them to solve your noise problems!

Very professional

Having secondary glazing installed in the flat was excellent, from start, engaging with the firm, windows being measured, to the completed job.
Work was carried out efficiently by two lovely members of their staff who were a pleasure to have in the flat: they arrived when they said they would, made no mess and generally did a splendid job.
The secondary glazing, installed when it was snowing, made a huge difference to the internal temperature.
I cannot recommend them too highly. pjr

City sound have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The service is exceptional and I’m thrilled with the product. I have already recommended City Sound to all my friends and family. Couldn’t be happier!

The sound reduction is amazing and my flatmates keep commenting how good and unintrusive it looks!

Excellent product and service from City Soundglazing. I went for the thickest glass window on the side of a house that was exposed to neighbour's backyard and it not only cut out a lot of ambient/general noise but provided a layer of privacy and cosiness to the room I had not expected. It was fairly expensive but worth every penny - I feel like my whole flat has been improved by about 25%

Jamie and his team have been brilliant. I live on a main road so decided to get my bedroom windows soundproofed and now no longer get woken up by passing cars or buses.

My builder managed to crack one of the windows during refurbishment works 3 years later. City Sounds replaced the window for me straight away without any problem with great after sales service. Their installers were professional and efficient.
