A special thank you to Matt and Shannon, who were both fantastic throughout. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated on the progress of my claim. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly.
Their support and reassurance gave me real confidence that my claim was in good hands. I would highly recommend Claimsline to anyone needing assistance following an accident. Outstanding customer service and a genuinely caring team.

Communication was great- I felt like I was kept up to date with progress regularly.

All the staff I spoke to during my claim was so so helpful & friendly, they do not make you feel like a hinderance to them and go out of their way to reassure you. At first I thought it was too good to be true, Rick was brilliant and answered any questions I had with patience. Everything was done very quickly, and when you call you are not holding for ages the phone is answered pretty much straight away. Thank you to all of the team.

Prompt, efficient service. From calling them to report accident and that my car was not drivable, a courtesy car was delivered within 2 hours and mine recovered. Was kept in touch with regular updates.
