Seamless Support

After a not-at-fault accident Claimsline handled everything I could need to ensure that the overall impact was minimal, including having the hire car delivered to my house. I was kept well informed during the process and any questions I had were handled well. Given that any accident is a bad experience they managed to minimise the issues and make it as easy as possible.

Received excellent service from repair technician. Very professional, polite with strong work ethic to get job done to a high specification. Telephone messages and email links were succinct , timely and easy to complete. Very pleased with service received.

Hayden reached out to me after the…

Hayden reached out to me after the person at fault in the accident had contacted them. He was friendly, empathetic and efficient. By the next morning I had a courtesy car and the solicitor was in touch to discuss my claim because Hayden had dealt with it quickly. I felt supported and informed when I was at a loss what to do. Highly recommend for customer service and efficiency.

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident recently and I called Claimsline. I spoke with Guy who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He took all the hassle out of the process completely. I couldn't recommend Claimsline highly enoug.

Ric was great from the start

Ric was great from the start, when the courtesy company were slow to respond he organised another to take over. He was both friendly and efficient and has kept me informed as my claim progressed.

GRAND

Very good service. Was a bit confused about who I was talking to at times after i was passes on from my insurance company. Got a very nice hire car in 24 hours delivered to work and no hassle from then on. Seemed simple enough
