Website is clear and easy to use unlike some I have encountered recently . Obviously haven’t received the goods yet as only ordered this morning but my experience so far has been good.

Absolutely gorgeous trainers
Absolutely gorgeous trainers. They met my criteria perfectly. Support and shock absorption. Plenty of colours. I usually buy plain pink but when I saw a pair with different colours I thought oooooo they will go with all my gym clothes. The price was also a surprise. I recommend at least have a look. Ordered a dress when it came it was dirty and the size was to big for an 8 tried to return it after around 4 emails still haven't managed to get the return information and it looks like they want me to pay additional fees to return it/ there email below
After reviewing your case, the item was delivered in good condition and matches the product listing on our store. Since this is a preference-based concern, return shipping would normally be at the customer’s expense as stated in our store policy.
To make things easier, we can offer you a replacement for only £8.99—and there’s no need to return the original item. You can keep it or use it however you like.

The website says “no hassle returns”…
The website says “no hassle returns” I've had everything but. My Blake elegant dress arrived on Saturday. It doesn't fit. I contacted Customer Support immediately via email to see if they could provide a returns label. It's now 5 days later, I have provided numerous photos as they've requested and I'm no closer to returning the dress.
I have received an update with a return address confirmed. It's China and Clovedale have confirmed they won't cover the cost!! The alternative is a partial refund and I can keep the dress.. Neither options are ideal, the dress doesn't fit and £10 won't buy me anything..
As per the below reply order number is 27972.

Low grade fabrics. Another Chinese company pretending to be a uk seller. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the clothes are of very low quality. took over 2 weeks to deliver items. However maintained email contact to reassure. Overall gross misrepresentation.

Terrible service
Very slow postage, when the item finally arrived it wasn’t as described - it was supposed to be very oversized and it wasn’t, even when I sized up an extra size to be sure I was going to get an oversized fit. The fabric doesn’t look like the images on the website, it’s nowhere near as thick or good quality as it looks in the pictures. As I’m not happy with the product, I wanted to return it. I have to pay for postage to China to return it. Terrible service all round. Don’t give them your business. I’ve also found that it’s another name for Mova London, which has tons of terrible reviews.
