The website was clear and all the data re address and contact number was easy to verify.
My bank responded to my border with concern as it was a purchase from company l have not bought from previously and l was able to resolve this quickly.

I have already provided photographs showing that the delivery photo is not my property, together with evidence that no delivery was made to my address. The issue is not a lack of information; it is that the parcel was delivered to a different property and I am still being asked to obtain a misdelivery certificate from a courier whose contact details have not been provided.

The items were required for a wedding and are now no longer needed. I am therefore requesting a full refund and would appreciate confirmation of when this will be processed.

I am leaving this review in the hope that Clovedale’s management team will finally resolve my issue.

I ordered items for a wedding but never received them. The courier marked the parcel as delivered, yet the delivery photograph provided clearly shows a completely different property from my own. I supplied photographs of my house for comparison, which has a dark grey front door and a completely different frontage, as well as evidence that no delivery was made to my address.

Despite this clear evidence, I have repeatedly been told that I must obtain a “loss” or “misdelivery certificate” from the courier before a refund can be processed. No contact details for the courier have been provided, and I am being asked to investigate a delivery failure caused by the retailer’s delivery partner.

The items were required for a wedding and are now no longer needed, therefore I am seeking a full refund, not a replacement.

I have provided all the evidence requested and have cooperated throughout. The parcel was not delivered to my address, and I expect Clovedale to take responsibility for resolving this matter directly with their courier and issue my refund without further delay.

I would welcome a response from Clovedale confirming when my refund will be processed.

I ordered a garment from Clovedale and it arrived faulty — the fabric was completely see‑through and covered in loose threads, making it unwearable. Their website claims they offer a full refund if there are any problems, but this is absolutely not what happened.
Despite providing clear photos of the defects, Clovedale repeatedly refused to offer a proper refund. Instead, they tried to push me into accepting 15%, then 25%, then 30% partial refunds to keep a damaged item I cannot wear. They also insisted that if I wanted a full refund, I would have to pay to return it to China, which would cost more than the refund itself and comes with no guarantee they would actually process it.
They blamed “system limitations” and “corporate guidelines” for being unable to provide a prepaid return label — but if they can’t support UK consumer rights, they should not be selling to UK customers.
I have now escalated this to my bank for a chargeback for faulty goods, and I have spoken to a litigation lawyer about their refusal to honour their own refund policy.
I would strongly advise avoiding this company. The quality is poor, the customer service is scripted and unhelpful, and they do everything possible to avoid taking responsibility for faulty products. Order number: LL294284427

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Disgusting clothes look nothing like the photos advertised and they won't return your money. This company is in China not London! It's the biggest scam site. Cheap and nasty!!

Just ordered a black track suit that I was looking for from Clovedale, the men's clothes on their website look very stylish and might tempt me to order more from them. I will see how this delivery goes but very responsive with follow up emails about my order therefore all good thus far.

UK Customer service number is not a real number, trying to get a refund but facing difficulty after providing photos. Do not buy from this supplier, they come across on their website as reputable but they are not. Item ( mens cargo shorts) not as described, I was expecting robust well made shorts as advertised, what arrived is anything but. Flimsy material used, fly looks like it will split as soon as used, fit does not match size guide. Tried to return for a refund. After back and forth the best I can get from them is a refusal to issue a return form and a 30% refund, deal with this company at your own risk it is a scam. Be aware that all correspondence seems to be with a bot, do not be fooled by their publically facing seemingly helpful response below, they do not want to resolve a thing. Hopefully this review takes more than the value of my refund from them, shameful.

The route from the product page to checkout was fast and easy. The product looks great.

This place is a scam for dropship cheap Chinese products. Don't be fouled by the website, you are buying cheap poorly made stuff from China. Forget their delivery estimates, the "Premium" delivery will take at least 2-3 weeks and shoes arrive in a jiffy bag, no box. If you are unlucky and something isn't right with the shoes (like them being misshapen by poor packaging) or not a good fit, then returning them is a total farce. Emails requesting a return are responded to by AI Anna who will do everything to discourage you from returning them - have 70% off buying another pair of shoes instead - here's 10% partial refund to just regift them, 20% partial refund to keep and not worry about returning etc. AVOID

⁸DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered a Ladies Large Navy Blue Blazer. Said true to size on website wasn't even a small couldn't get arms into it. The item was Royal blue and the cheapest material that you wouldn't use as a rag to clean your car. Poor poor quality. 1 star is too much for this company!! 12 emails later with Clovedale names keep changing from Anne to Anna to no-one. With Building Society CC dispute team now. Promised 30-day no quibble return on website. Not true!! They offer a % return 10, 25.max 30 but want item sent to China and you have to pay. No return label offered. This is a scam! They won't accept return to the English address (Cannock Staffordshire) on the original postage label on the garment package. Go elsewhere!!! I have been told that this is a common deception method. I ordered a dress on 15th May, was given a 3-8 day lead time - it finally arrived on 13th June after I had departed for my holiday. I attempted to return it and was asked to pay shipping to return it internationally or keep the dress and be offered a 15% refund. It’s an absolute con, the quality is atrocious - steer clear of this retailer.

UPDATE: I’ve now received multiple emails in the last 48 hours trying to get me to settle for a 25% then 30% refund - disgraceful - so I am going to send the package back to CHINA to get a full refund. I will update on how I get on …. Not hopeful!

Delivery took 16 days and when arrived the packaging in flimsy plastic bag, no box. Shoes squashed in the bag and the material of the shoes look like cardboard all squashed up. However ive tried them on and seem comfortable but can’t see them lasting more than a few wears. With their name and marketing, you expect something better than a cheap Chinese £10 shoe. I don’t think these justify £40 and expect this costs them about £3 to have made.

This is a scam company, used to be called Mova. The product they show online is not matched with reality in any way. Just a way to scam a quick buck. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible quality. I ordered a pair of Summer sandals When trying to return them phone number does not register and emails keep bouncing back. The marketing does not match the quality of the product!! Never again. A bogus company.
I contacted them as requested and sent photos as asked. They have offered me only 25% refund. For a full refund I have to send the shoes back to China!..This is against UK trading policy..
