It was very easy to navigate through the site, the site is very well organised. My only issue is the shipping. It was saying premium shipping but didn’t specify how long. I had to go back into the shipping policy to see what that meant. It would just be helpful to have all of that information when you are putting through the order. Also, it wasn’t showing an option for express delivery, just the premium shipping which the name itself can be a little misleading

I ordered two dresses and the quality for very second rate. I'm trying to return them but they want it sent to China which I was unaware if when I ordered. They offered me a discount if I ordered another dress and are telling me now i can't return it because its been discounted. Offered me 15% then 30% refund. I'm out over £50 . LESSON LEARNED....shop local. This company are dreadful

I ve placed the order and there was no hassle or complication. The confirmation came thru very quickly. Now expecting delivery on time

I noticed the shorts online , the reviews,for the,shorts and company were good plus it was free postage , am looking forward to recieving the shorts I ordered

Waited a very long time for a “ striped linen woven dress” it has arrived and it’s 100% polyester made in china. Stripes badly printed not woven. Terrible! Avoid

Only just ordered but found site easy to navigate. I have problem toes so the description of the boots was very helpful in making my decision to purchase. Can’t wait to receive my boots!!

STILL waiting on my order for 2 pairs of shoes. Very slow delivery! Although I have been sent several emails updating me.

I'm certain the footwear items can't be UK based/shipped, although the website suggests it is.

Also concerned now, having noted (too late!)on other reviews that returns have to be paid for, to China! £25 cost was cited. Help!!!!

Package arrived on time. Sadly the quality of the dresses was very disappointing. I contacted them for a return. They stated it would be returned back to China and I would have to cover the cost which I have done. Still not received my money and they keep emailing me saying my dress delivery hasn’t arrived. Feel it is all AI generated and they are not sure what they are doing. £90 return I am expecting and I cannot see it happening. Highly disappointed and do NOT recommend buying from this company. easy ordering and payment, superb range of gorgeous clothes

I’m not sure of the quality as of writing this review yet, however i can say the package is easy to track and i can tell i am being taken care of well by Clovedale; with discount codes, emails of information which is easy to read.

Easy app to navigate around and amazing clothes selection

I'd been looking around for something I liked, but found something on Clovedale. Its only just been dispatched. But if it's anything like the images it should be great.

I only ordered shoes today, so i don't know what quality these shoes are, or how comfortable these are. Shoes look comfy to me on a first glimpse. I really hope it will justify the same on my aching feet.

The goods arrived in reasonable time however the quality was apaling. Both pairs of trousers, one being Olive green, had been fitted with a white zip which was so badly fitted thet teh fly gaped when worn and the stark white zip was significantly visible. When I made a complaint they asked for photographs which I provided and they initially agreed with me. They than went through a process asking for more photos and eventually stated that the goods were fine. They even offered me a chance to buy additional items at a reduced price. While this exchange was ongoing I was also receiving a parallel set of emails telling me that the goods were still in transit and not to worry everything was Okay. In summary quality was awful and aftersales/returns service was a con. DO NOT use this company
