SCAM AND POTENTIAL FRAUD!!!!! This company, under several aliases, posts pictures of goods which are nothing like the product you receive!!! Cheap polyester shorts with no care label or brand label. Laughable if my husband hadn't been scammed out of £50!!! The reason there are so many good reviews is because customers are coerced into posting a positive review before goods are received - with a promise of a 50% discount..... My husband is pursuing a charge back through his credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Web site was very clear and straight forward to use, including measuring scales for sizing of products etc, which hopefully negates the issue of having to return items for size changes.

Easy to use website. Looking forward to receiving the sandals.

Absolutely dreadful product. This company is ripping people off by sending out worthless sub-standard products that are not the ones shown on their Facebook generated adverts. Took ages to arrive and was a complete embarrassment of a product. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Please also note - within hours of ordering they send you an email offering a 50% off code if you leave feedback valid for 24 hours so you can’t have received your order. THIS MEANS POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS COMPANY IS NOT REAL AND SHOULD BE IGNORED.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!
The small size A-line dress I'd ordered took 15 days to arrive.
I opened the parcel to find a smock dress suitable for a heavily pregnant woman, at least twice as big as me. (I'm a petite size 10) It was shoddily made from cheap synthetic fabric which I guess could be highly flammable. I say guess because the only label on the dress contained the letter S for small. There was no indication of the fabric, washing instructions etc.
I had received notification that the dress was on its way to me some days earlier. It showed a cartoon van half way along a road - very misleading as the accompanying text showed that the dress was at an unknown airport and that a customs declaration had been prepared.
It was only then that alarm bells started to ring and I read the reviews. Having read them I am aware that sending back the dress would cost more than I paid for it so I guess that it'll be going to a local charity shop.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Initially looked like a very straightforward process. After reviewing all my emails, reciepts and shipping, the item is being sent from china, multiple companies are loading when searching the website. Very disappointed with it all and will be sending all details to my card provider.

Absolute scam. Items took an age to arrive (so long that I forgot I’d ordered them so that’s a bonus in a way!!)
Item (shoes) arrived - are if very poor quality - the oddest shape - not sure whose feet these would fit!!
I’ve tried to raise a return, sent numerous photos and received long laborious emails in return offering a huge percentage off a further purchase!!
I won’t pursue a refund as I can see where this going and there is no point.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Would give no stars if possible.
The 5 star reviews cannot be genuine.
Shoes arrived, poor quality, do not fit.
Spent weeks trying to return, almost impossible to get a full refund.
Have to send to an unrecognised address in China. Never order from this company.

Order was straight forward

Please do not buy from this website, it’s a scam, after waiting along time for the items to be delivered, they came incorrect, faulty and damaged, and as per their website they will issue a prepaid returns label?? after numerous emails and evidence (lots of photos) of the items being faulty, damaged and incorrect, they will not accept responsibility and the runaround emails I have had, it seems they have no intention of issuing one. It’s now going to the credit card company to sort this suspicious company

Bad quality, they would not cancel my order after I read reviews of a scam. Items do not match the photos. The dresses were poor quality and with threads hanging off. I was asked if I would accept adjustment instead of refund - as soon as I ordered and tried to cancel within an hour.

Easy to buy and pay for, also lovely footwear

Dress took 16 days to arrive from placing order. I had quick response when enquiring about progress of order. However, dress arrived today and a big disappointment. Lovely and classy looking in picture but in fact poor quality material and looked cheap. I won't be buying again from this company.

I ordered from Clovedale 1 pair of men’s beige pleated LINEN trousers in 3XL, after a long wait, but with almost daily positive emails telling me my package was on the way (I think this was lull me into a false sense of security), what I received was a pair of yellow flat fronted elasticated back 100% POLYESTER trousers that were not European 3XL standard size. I am not going to pursue a refund as it seems that would only add more expense. I shall mark this down as a lesson learnt.

Do not order from this supplier. Their site shows a UK Business address in Covent Garden but if you need to return goods, it is at your cost and to China! I have raised a case via my financial payment company as the goods sent were 5 sizes too small and according to their own website size chart, not as described. I asked for a prepaid returns label and spent a lot of time going to and fro and in parrot fashion they offer 30% discount or refund for cost of item if I paid to return them to China. Poor quality and very poor customer service. My order number is LL294283047. I had multiple emails and no offer to pay for returns or provide a full refund
