Website is clear and easy to use unlike some I have encountered recently . Obviously haven’t received the goods yet as only ordered this morning but my experience so far has been good.

Delivery took 16 days and when arrived the packaging in flimsy plastic bag, no box. Shoes squashed in the bag and the material of the shoes look like cardboard all squashed up. However ive tried them... Voir plus

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered from Clovedale 1 pair of men’s beige pleated LINEN trousers in 3XL, after a long wait, but with almost daily positive emails telling me my package was on the way (I think this was lull me into a false sense of security), what I received was a pair of yellow flat fronted elasticated back 100% POLYESTER trousers that were not European 3XL standard size. I am not going to pursue a refund as it seems that would only add more expense. I shall mark this down as a lesson learnt.

Do not order from this supplier. Their site shows a UK Business address in Covent Garden but if you need to return goods, it is at your cost and to China! I have raised a case via my financial payment company as the goods sent were 5 sizes too small and according to their own website size chart, not as described. I asked for a prepaid returns label and spent a lot of time going to and fro and in parrot fashion they offer 30% discount or refund for cost of item if I paid to return them to China. Poor quality and very poor customer service. My order number is LL294283047. I had multiple emails and no offer to pay for returns or provide a full refund

Ordered a dress
Ordered a dress, the fabric is very cheap to touch. The stitching is akin to something you’d see in a GCSE textiles dress. Seriously below par. The returns process is beyond difficult with 8 emails back and forth with no resolve. It’s a scam company.

I found the clothing selection easy. Availability of colours and sizes was good. Payment was straightforward. I immediately got the notification on my email giving information about processing and delivery times. Overall experience was good.

DO not use this website customers have to pay for their own returns to CHINA!
Didn’t realise you have to pay for your return if it doesn’t suit or fit you. It costs £25 to post back to china - they have also not changed the address on their website to an Amsterdam one DO NOT BUY awful customer service ! Fraudulent company customers should not have to pay this amount to return !

I have just visited Clovedale's website for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to see a selection of clothing that interested me. With my first order placed I am interested to follow through to delivery, and trying on the dress ordered. The website and payment were clear and simple to use.
